We had a lovely experience in this house. Was not the first time that we rented from SVV pool homes and will definitely not will be the last time. Thanks for the nice stay and hope to be somewhere in one of your houses next year.

Family vacation

The villa was beautiful. It was clean and the perfect size for our family. Beds were very comfortable. The area was clean , quiet and picturesque. We will definately stay there again when we visit in 2020. Thank you again for making our vacation stay wonderful

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. Each room had its own bathroom which was a plus. The pool area was very nice and spacious as well. The rental had everything we needed and then some for the great time we had. I would definitely stay at one of these properties again.

The company had me drive 20 minutes out the way just to pick up a piece of paper they could have easily emailed me. Garbage can was over half full. The company leaves a note in their book saying you get charged $10 per bag of trash if you make more than two bags of trash and i rented this place for a week. No tissue provided. No television channels. The property manager was so thick headed he wouldn't listen when we said we only had 13 channels. We had to get Roku sticks just to have something to watch that wasnt news! I will not utilize this place for property rentals again.

The villa was very dated . The pool bottom was unclean so we did not use it during our stay . The onsuite toilet had a cracked seat and the basin had yellow rust marks so although the place was clean it did not seem germ free . The light in the bedroom and some sockets were faulty and although the bulb was replaced it went off immediately due to the electrics which meant getting ready in dim lighting . The worst and most annoying problem was the beds all of which were way passed being used .

Dirty and not what they promised!!

We were very disappointed with this house. First we rented a house with a King size bed and were had a Queen bed. The carpets were very stained, kitchen was not equipped very well and the pool and hot tub were dirty and had worms in them.

This house has seen better days

The home we rented we clean enough when we arrived, but is terribly worn by overuse, and could use a good renovation. The driveway is quite uneven and it is difficult to approach the house without risking damage to your tires. The rug is worn down. The mattresses are worn and uneven. The pool table is off level. Walls are scuffed. Dead ants populated the plumbing for the bath tub. Many light bulbs were blown out and the phone did not work. When I complained about the lights and the phone, they were fixed promptly. The home is reasonably close to Disney when the traffic is good. It has some potential but needs some work and attention to bring it up to the standard of other homes in which we have stayed.

More than a Hotel

The house at EMV was great.My daughter and I had our own rooms and bathrooms.( A plus with a teenager). There was plenty of room. They were close to the Airport and the attractions.

Disappointed this time

Stayed in a similar home 5 years ago and loved it but this time around was very disappointed. Cockroaches were everywhere, the master bed mattress was so indented down one side we had to turn it sideways to sleep on it, and the house was for sale so our vacation was interrupted 3 times by realtors ringing the door bell to show the home. Phoned vacation management and absolutely nothing was done for us. Will not use them again nor would I suggest any one else using them.

The house is nice but won't rent again

The house is nice and love that you have your own pool.but there was a lot of stuff going wrong.when you rent a house for vacation you want to make noise and have fun and sadly you couldn't.I won't stay there again
