We had some questions which were immediately answered by Angele. The resort has some great pools and a beach. The condo is decorated to a high standard, it as clean and the beds were really comfy. The condo has everything you need including a high chair, travel cot, strollers and even some toys for the children. The resort is great with plenty of pools and the children loved the splash park. However, when we arrived after a long day of travel, the code provided by the owner did not work on outside door for entry. We went up to main clubhouse for assistance but were told they have no control of privately owned units and we would have to contact owner. I tried via phone, email , etc and didnt get a response. I was panicked initially but did find a previous email that had a different code and thankfully that one worked. Whewwww! Sleeping in a small SUV with a family of 5 wouldnt have gone well at ALL ;) Out of courtesy, i informed the owner that the code i was provided by her was wrong but it was a false alarm bc we did end up getting in but i never heard back from her at all the remainer of trip. Also, other reviews talked about how nice it was that there was a xmas tree up so i asked owner ahead of time if ot could be up for is as well. She stated it was in closet amd we could put it up and leave up for next guest. Other than that, property was mostly clean, spatious, and pools were nice. ##### Leeanna W. But 2 things that were not so great: One, the wifi signal was virtually non-existing. Forget streaming. Just sending a text or email was near impossible. For some reason, our AT&T cell service was equally bad. Second, the mattress we're not good. Master bedroom was ok, but the bedroom with the queen-size bed has a very hard, uncomfortable mattress that gave my 18-year-old a stiff neck.
