The townhouse was right by one of the community pools which was very convenient. The resort restaurants were great as well. The only issue we had was that the master bedroom mattress is extremely firm. We didn't have a good night's sleep the entire trip but we're used to ultra plush. So I kind of feel like that was a personal problem for us but definitely something I wish I would have known. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Idk if we would stay at this particular rental again only because of the mattress situation but we would definitely stay at the resort again but if you're cool with sleeping on a brick- 10/10 would recommend. ##### Casey S. We did have to go to the Reunion Grande Resort to get pool keys and wristbands for the waterpark. After reading all the reviews, I came prepared. I brought extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent pods, dishwasher pods, tissue box and hand soap. That helped a lot. The only small issue was the code that was emailed to me to enter the unit did not work and I had to call someone and get another code. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay. ##### Leicy M. Wish we had stayed in this unit for longer… And will definitely book this one again when we return. Everything was so clean and well thought out. The children’s bunk-bed room was so perfect, loved being ground floor, right by the pool and thought the kitchen and how it was equipped was super. (Only gave four stars for check-in, as we had booked and paid for an early checkin, the keypad didn’t work and we found that super stressful calling and waiting for maintenance to arrive, especially as my husband had to get to the airport to collect his son and was seriously running out of time. That being said, someone did get sent out as quickly as they could to help us.) Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. We are returning to Reunion in a couple of months and are sad that this unit is heavily blocked out/booked up - not surprisingly though! But, there were ants all over the kitchen. Also, we were disappointed in the reunion after hours help. When we had an issue with the TV they were not able to help and offered someone to be there in over 24 hours from the time of the issue. Which was frustrating. It was very low stocked as far as we had one dishwashing pod for 7 days. And one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, one trash bag and one roll of paper towels. I understand not over stocking but it seems for the price paid it could at-least have a back up roll provided. Also, the reunion staff was unaware of where we could throw our trash away. And we were never provided a map of the property which would have been very helpful. The house itself was in a great location. And it was very clean. And the beds were comfortable. I would suggest maybe an extra blanket for the closet. And a fan for the kids room. The floors were very loud when walking around. But there was no noise heard from other units which was wonderful! Designated parking for each unit would be wonderful to, as there was a car parked in front of our unit all week. Overall it was great stay. Dec 2, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication #### Memorable Arrived on Monday, November 22, 2021 Departed on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 Description of our Experience - Memorable (ie. “Extremely Disappointed with Florida Vacation Homes) Broken Laundry Washer Broken Garbage Disposal Broken Dishwasher Fire Alarm Malfunction UnAnnounced Wake Up Call Broken Laundry Washer - Upon our arrival to our VRBO unit on Monday afternoon, we were greeted by the cleaning personnel of Florida Vacation Homes. They were still in the process of cleaning, but most importantly, they were still attempting to complete the laundry of towels and sheets. This was due to the laundry washer not working at our specific unit. It seems that the cleaning crew needed to take the sheets and towels to another unit to wash and then bring them back to our assigned unit to dry. We asked about the non operating washer and we were directed to the Florida Vacation Homes’ office. Since we needed to obtain our Reunion Resort Amenity Pass, we drove over to their office. Upon inquiry about the non-operational laundry washer, the receptionist indicated that she would make out a “work order” for the laundry washer. First question - Why the “work order” if your staff already knows that it doesn’t work? And secondly, based on the comments from the cleaning staff, this has been an ongoing situation with this unit. 2. Broken Garbage Disposal - Later that evening, after we had finished dinner, we discovered that the Garbage Disposal was not working. We attempted to reset the disposal by pushing the reset button on the bottom of the disposal, but to no avail. It simply did not work. We removed the dinner scraps from the disposal in order for water to clear the sink area. Another work order on Tuesday morning. 3. Broken Dishwasher - On Tuesday evening, we discovered that the dishwasher door would not latch/lock. Being that the dishwasher was completely full, we still ran it to clean the glasses and dishes we had placed into the dishwasher. To insure that the door did not open during the cleaning, we went over to the store and bought some duct tape to secure the dishwasher door. 4. Fire Alarm Malfunction - You gotta love Fire Alarms that “chirp” at 3:00 AM. Especially when they “chirp” together (two of them in the living area) and then blast away. Again, at 3:00 AM! Wednesday morning we reported the Broken Dishwasher and the Fire Alarm. More to tell, but limited space. Provide more feedback if available. Very disappointed!! ##### Charlie P. Water park and pool a hit. Lots to do and plenty of options for restaurants and groceries. Expensive compared to previous visits but seems to be the the way it is. Watch your credit charges and be mindful of parking if you venture to places like cocoa beach etc. lots of rips offs ##### Donna C. Kids had a blast and loved the room upstairs. There were a few things in the house that didn't make sense like the utensil drawer doesn't open unless you open the dishwasher, stove didn't cook food the way you would think. Beautiful stovetop but it didn't work for its purpose. Nonetheless for our trip, it was perfect. If you are planning to cook a huge meal during your stay, this might not be the place for you. Apr 10, 2022 #### Great vacation We had the best time at reunion! The townhouse was super cute and cozy! It's super close to the pool and has a great view for watching golfers throughout the day. The only thing that was less than stellar was washer, it's pretty small and is so loud. Not a dealbreaker by any stretch but don't plan on throwing a load or laundry in before bed. Couple of things..the “shuttle” is not a shuttle. We were counting on it. When we tried to reserve 3 seats, they told us that it didn’t run on Fridays and they can only take 13 people each day.
