Please note that during the winter season (Nov - Mar), if the external temperature is too low, the heating may not reach expected levels. This is a heat pump system (not gas) that does not function as well when air temperatures drop below 70 degrees. We want to ensure you're aware of this in advance. Florida does have cold spells, and during these times the pool will not stay heated to comfortable levels.

❌ No RVs, campers, 3 wheeled vehicles, golf carts or trailers allowed. The neighborhood HOA limits the number of vehicles allowed into the neighborhood to 6 per home. We do not control this and cannot exceed 6 vehicles in the system.
