Jurassic fantastic!Cool, convenient and oh so comfortable. We visited with a group of 12 representing 4 households and ALL of our group loved the property. Movies, yes please. Cool tech, thank you. Pool and spa, more of that please!! Management group was amazingly responsive. If you are looking for a place near Disney for a big group. Look no further.

Great house in a great location

House was accurately advertised and offers just about everything you could want. Plenty of space for a large group and a great setup for everyone to stay entertained. Communication from the property manager was great and the check in and check out process was as simple as it could possibly be. Location is just outside of all the Disney madness but not a long drive to any of the attractions and many dining or shopping options are in close proximity. Will definitely want to stay again next time we are in the area.

Upon arrival, surprised with elegant dining area with place settings and very clean and hospitable setting. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and theme rooms were a hit either kids. Home theater room was a hit as well. Pool was great and received lots of use after Disney visits. Close proximity to Disney parks. Great home with a lot of amenities.

We had a great stay! Property was exactly as described. We loved the heated pool. So much space for everyone!! 10 adults and a toddler. Inconsiderate neighbors were our biggest issue, and that has nothing to do with the property!! Would recommend!!

Great place for a Bachelor Party

I am very happy I chose this place for my Bachelor party. Communication was top notch and they were able to get us early check in. The place was clean had everything you would need for a great time. The resort next to the property was awesome with a pool and gym, which was all covered with the house rental. The neighborhood was great as well. Very clean and the neighbors were extremely nice. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Great communication with Keith, and the house is spacious and great for a big family. The kids and teens have a great time with the games and pool table. All the Tv’s had free streaming services and the projector outside with the pool is a great addition. Small things that could be fix/replaced but overall we had a great time. Neighbors are not friendly.

Simply Amazing!

Definitely coming back next year. This home was breathtaking and accommodated our every need. Food markets less than 10 min away along with resturants and the water park was onsite for the kids to enjoy.. Every question i had was answered in minutes. Theres so much more i can say but overall this was thee best rental we have stayed at thus far.

Nice spot for friend reunion

My friends and I get together every year to watch football, cook, and hang out together. There were 5 of us, and we had more than enough room. Property was clean and in very good shape overall. Some of the neighbors were a little loud late at night and/or early in the morning, but that did not really bother us.

Great location and property

Really great location. Easy access to Disney. Plenty of room for a large group. Pack and plays, a crib, high chairs, a stroller and jumper for little munchkins. Some wear and tear on the property that could use to be updated as well as the welcome binder/texts (had out of date check out procedures and inaccurate wifi plus didn’t explain how to use theater equipment). All easily remedied and would definitely stay again. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill and had an excellent time.

Amazing !!

It’s rare that you find a property that looks exactly like the pictures. This place looked exactly like what we seen in the pictures. Every guest was satisfied with what they saw. The ONLY issue we had was the fact that 2 of the twin beds were not cleaned properly. We placed our own sheets over the bed & enjoyed our stay (easy fix). Everything else was wonderful (including the location). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for everything !!

Great accommodations for our large group of 17 with one being only 7 months old. Plenty of space and well equipped. The projector and screen in the pool area made for a great place to watch hockey! The theatre room was great for the one rainy day! Pillows not the best. Bbq could be upgraded. Games room has had a lot of use. One dryer took a long time to dry clothes. We would 100% stay again.

Wonderful

This was such a pleasant stay. We had no issues or complaints. The place is exactly how it is listed. There was so many fun little touches to keep all the members in our group entertained. Lots of pool floats and toys included. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and spend time time together. The movie theater was SO nice we enjoyed a few movie nights together as a family. The host was very kind and prompt although we didn't need to contact them much as the directions were very clear beforehand. Would definitely recommend. VERY nice place!

Wonderful property!!

My husband and I spent two weeks at this property with our four children (ages 11-1 year) as well as with our elderly parents and grandparents and loved every minute. The property was clean. The beds were super comfortable and there was so much to do the kids never got bored. The details of the house were amazing and made our stay even more special. We had no issues checking in or out or with anything on the property. We've come to Florida every year for almost a decade now and we couldn't stop raving about this being one of, if not, our favorite stay. Thanks for having such a fun house for all ages! We spent many nights playing pool and games as a family! Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon!

A beautiful getaway!

We visited the area, met family, and went to the parks. The house is everything that was advertised. Our family ranges from baby to 92 years old. It was properly stocked, and the theater area was just perfect. The entertainment center on the second floor might need a check-up, but that has to do with previous tenants (missing ball 14 for a pool table, and some screens were not working properly). Linens might need a refreshing, and towels too. Other than that, we were perfectly happy and content.

Keep Moving

The prior guest had some kind of party before us. One room smelled like a sweaty gym, house was mostly clean, neighborhood party until 2 am in the could-a-sac, and a parking warming was left on the door for neighbors parking on the street. Tried messaging about the room and was told they didn’t smell it when they cleaned up. So we didn’t get to use that part of the house, the smell was pretty bad and thick in the room. Stayed and better and worse places, gets a meh from us!

Family Fun

This is our 2nd year staying in the same neighborhood. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The house its self was great. This was a family vacation, 11 of us ages 2-68 and there was plenty to keep us entertained. We used the oustside area during the day and pool was just the right size to take a dip and for all of us to hang out around the bar. Upstairs common was full of games for all ages. We took full advantage of having an in home arcade at night challenge each other to games. The bedrooms and baths were just as described, we all had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining, and living were very spacious for us all the eat and relax away from the action. We did have a few minor issues and Keith responded to me very quickly and someone showed up the next day to fix them. We did not go to any of the onsite facilities but I saw lots of people walking to and from all day. I think you could stay here and never even have to go to a theme park. The downside of this house is also the location, traffic is extremely heavy so plan accordingly if you are going to the theme parks, 5 miles takes like 20 minutes. Other than that this was a great property for our family to make life long memories, my son even proposed to his girlfriend here so this is a trip we will never forget. Thank you for the great stay.
