This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single-level home is located in the Greater Groves community in Clermont, just off Highway 27 with convenient access to Highway 192. The home offers a private screened pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space for families to relax after a day exploring Central Florida.

Walt Disney World Resort is approximately 15 miles away, and Universal Orlando Resort is approximately 23 miles away.

LIVING AREA:

Relax and unwind in the comfortable living area after a busy day at the theme parks. The open, single-level layout makes this home a convenient choice for families and guests of all ages.

KITCHEN & DINING:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and more.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

The Primary Suite features a king-size bed and a private attached bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 each feature two twin-size beds and share the second bathroom.

PRIVATE POOL:

Enjoy your own private screened swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a day at the parks or spending a relaxing afternoon at home. The pool faces southeast, and the spacious pool deck includes sun loungers, a table, and chairs.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee. Please contact us at least 72 hours prior to arrival if you would like to add pool heat to your reservation.

LAUNDRY:

The home includes a private washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES:

Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the home.

PARKING:

There is no garage parking. The driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.

The home is located in Clermont within the Greater Groves community, just off Highway 27 with easy access to Highway 192.

A Publix grocery store is conveniently located nearby at Golden Eagle Village, and Walmart is easily accessible near Cagan Crossings. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, shopping, and everyday conveniences nearby.

For even more dining and shopping options, head toward Highway 192, where you'll find Target and numerous restaurants, as well as the popular Sunset Walk entertainment, dining, and shopping district at Margaritaville Resort Orlando.

The convenient location also provides easy access to Walt Disney World Resort and the many attractions throughout the Orlando area.

SAFETY & LICENSING:

This single-level vacation home is licensed by the State of Florida and equipped with required safety features, including smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety alarms and/or a pool safety fence.

SELF-CATERING HOME:

This is a self-catering vacation home, which means you will have the accommodations and facilities needed to prepare your own meals, but additional household supplies are not replenished during your stay.

A small starter supply may be provided and can include bathroom soap, one trash bag in each garbage can, a small amount of laundry detergent, dish detergent, and dishwasher tabs. Guests should plan to purchase any additional supplies needed for the remainder of their stay.
