The home features five bedrooms and multiple living spaces, giving everyone room to relax after a day exploring Central Florida. The first bedroom is located on the first floor and includes a flatscreen TV. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms each feature a private en suite bathroom and flatscreen TV, making it easy for everyone in your group to have their own space.
The main living area connects the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open layout. The kitchen includes bar seating, while the dining table comfortably seats eight. The living room features two sofas and a flatscreen TV, creating an easy space to gather for a movie or relax together. A dedicated desk area is also available for checking emails, working remotely, or keeping up with schoolwork.
Outside, enjoy your own private pool and covered lanai with an outdoor dining area and private grill. It is a convenient spot for morning coffee, casual meals, or an evening cookout. Pet-friendly accommodations also make it easier to bring your four-legged family member along for the vacation.

The resort fee at Solterra Resort is a one-time access fee, not a daily fee. The cost is $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. Please note that this fee will ensure access to the clubhouse and pool area for the entire length of your stay!

· We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

POOL - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $35 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
We clean the pool weekly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please use the clubhouse parking.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
