Indian Creek Luxury Villa: The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The villa is luxuriously furnished and is equipped to a high standard offering everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There are a total of 5 televisions, one in the lounge area and one in each of the 4 bedrooms all having access to multi-channel cable television. The accommodation : The accommodation consists of large lounge area beautifully furnished with both 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and chair, coffee table and occasional tables and large cable television and video. One of the sofas provides a queen size bed settee. The room is exceptionally bright and relaxing with 2 skylights in the roof allowing the sunshine to stream into the very heart of the room, making it exceptionally inviting.. Adjacent to the lounge is a separate formal dining area which provides the perfect setting for that special meal. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with solid wood cabinets, pantry, large cooker, built in microwave, extractor, automatic dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer and automatic icemaker and waste disposal unit. In addition to this there is a separate laundry room located off the entrance hall with large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, Iron and ironing board. Adjacent to the kitchen is an additional separate dining area. Amenities: The pool area is fully screened and has a large sundeck furnished with table and chairs and sun loungers. The kidney shaped pool can be heated if required \[Please note - there is separate pool heat charges for heated pool request\] and overlooks the garden which is fenced to the rear and lined with palm trees. This is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day or enjoy a relaxing drink in the evening as the sun sets behind the palm trees. The house met all of our needs and is conveniently located near major shopping centers, restaurants, and of course, Disney World. Everything was clean and completely free of pests. The home was stocked with all the basic essentials—pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, and more.We were especially impressed by the large washer and dryer and how well they worked. The recently updated bathrooms were a pleasant surprise, and the pool was even bigger than we expected. The host was very accommodating and easy to reach, which we greatly appreciated, especially since our flight was impacted by the current state of affairs.If you’re visiting in late October, I highly recommend opting for pool heating—I’m so glad we chose to do so. The house was very clean, the pool was wonderful. We had an issue with ants when we first arrived but the home owner made sure the problem was addressed.I really do want to compliment the home owner for the quality of communication. They were very concerned with making sure our needs were addressed.There is plenty of space for the family to stretch out, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (maybe 1 or 2 more baking pans would be helpful).You cannot beat the proximity to Disney. At most, in normal traffic, you're about 12 minutes away from Magic Kingdom, 10 from Epcot and Hollywood Studios, and 9 from Animal Kingdom. Washer and dryer look to be in good condition but dryer door would not stay closed. It had been used roughly in my opinion. We did have a problem with pool heat management company, attempted, a quick repair, but out of there, control technicians did not show up for a few days, but the owner did through the management company extended the pool heat. It was good of them, but we were quite busy that part of our stay. Nothing bad enough that I would not rent again. Still thought it was a good value. ##### STEPHEN M. Super close for us to drive to the parks and shopping. Super quiet neighborhood. There is a nice pool, but the weather was too cold to use it. And it was quite close to restaurants, Disney the highway. We were in Orlando for a Volleyball Tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. This home was perfect for the 7 of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
