We had everything we needed for our month long stay. The host had excellent communication and made sure we knew how to get there and directions to get into the gated community. The resort club house and pool area was excellent as well. We especially enjoyed the bingo! Also, for visiting the parks, this home is perfectly located. We had a group of 8, 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We had plenty of space and privacy. It was conveniently located, less than 10 miles from Disney parks and other popular Disney experiences like ESPN Wide World of Sports and Disney Springs. It’s only about a 25-30 minute drive to Universal studios (with traffic). There’s a well stocked Walmart within 2-3 miles. We felt very safe, thanks to it being in a gated community. It was also a great place to get a break from the crowds. The house itself was beautifully decorated and furnished and spotlessly clean. We have twin 8-year-old boys, and they absolutely loved the pool (we did pay extra to heat it, and it was worth it!). The only downside is that there is no view from the pool, only a wall to provide privacy for neighbours, but it seems that most of the houses in the community are like that. There’s a pool table in the games room, which allows extra space to hang out. The clubhouse facilities are also excellent. We used the pool, basketball court and tennis court. The bar was closed due to renovation during most of our stay, so can’t comment on that. Overall, the community is well-kept and perfect for access to Disney. Jeff was very quick to communicate and very helpful. ##### Erin T.
