This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath home is in a quiet neighborhood (just 10 minutes to Mickey's) and is so spacious! Enjoy an upgraded kitchen, a dedicated primary bath, modern decor, AND a private pool!

The home now has so many little touches to make it safe & comfortable for ASD families including window alarms (you turn them on), additional door security, blackout curtains, emergency lights, night lights, furniture anchors, & more!

Our home features 3 bedrooms (a king and 2 queens) and a pull-out sofa. Kitty’s Mouse Escape features all the comforts of home, high-speed internet, TV in the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom, heat, and air conditioning, dishwasher, full-sized washer/dryer, and a throwback Pac-Man machine. It’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac that is close to all the action while being quiet and tucked away.

We are also now Spectrum-Friendly for those ASD families, and you will find many little touches focused on safety first! There is also a basket of goodies containing items like noise-canceling headphones for children (please return after use), fidget toys, and more! There is also a weighted blanket to help calm any anxieties after a day at a theme park.

Kitchen

The kitchen features quartz countertops and brand-new appliances, including a full-sized dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee station for relaxing mornings and a blender for festive afternoons. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with room for 2 additional diners at the kitchen island.

Living Room

The living room will greet you when you first enter the house, and it is massive, with seating for 8, and includes a pull-out couch. It features a large TV and electric fireplace to take the chill off the rainy days.

Primary Bedroom

Our primary suite is large and bright with a king bed and a new Sealy mattress. It includes a large walk-in closet. The primary bathroom is attached and features a double sink and an extra large dual shower.

Charlotte’s Bedroom

Charlotte's Bedroom offers a splash of color in an otherwise muted world. Just like our girl, this room can be counted on to add a little pizazz to your stay. Plan to rest in the new Sealy queen bed with plenty of room for your home away from home wardrobe.

Kate’s Bedroom

Kate's Room. Like its namesake, this room is elegant and understated. Offering a new Sealy queen bed and ample closet space this room is decorated in tiffany blue hues.

Laundry

Our home offers a full-sized washer and dryer in the attached garage which is available to you at any time throughout your stay.

Garage

Enjoy the benefits of our attached garage. The garage door opener will be available to you so that you can park your car inside the garage and out of the Florida heat and rain.

Outdoor Space

You want Florida… we’re giving you Florida in our outdoor, covered, pool area. Enjoy our full-sized, inground pool with plenty of room to play or just float and relax. Drink your coffee in the mornings or designate it your happy hour space, this is one of our favorite spots and we know you’ll love it too.

There is so much about our area that we love, it would be impossible to list them all, but here are some of the highlights:

The Celebration Farmers Market- is held on Sundays from 10 am to 2 pm. Located in downtown Celebration and just 13 miles from our home.

Margaritaville features a vendor fair and car show on most Saturday nights from 4 pm to 11 pm. There is usually a DJ and plenty of options for dinner. Located 3 miles from our home.

Located just off 192, we are so close to all sorts of restaurants and shopping. As my grandmother used to say, "If it's not close by you don't need it".

Old Town Orland offers shopping, dining, attractions, and various events. It is 8.5 miles from our home. ‘

The entire property will be accessible to you via a code sent on your check-in day. Our team has prepared the lawn and pool for you. You may see them around, but they are not intrusive, they do their thing and move on to the next. When at all possible, we will do our best to alert you if any other vendors are expected on site.

Located just a short distance away, we can be there in the event of an emergency. Otherwise, we are only a phone call, email or text away. We respond within minutes to every request or concern.

Recharge in our cul de sac, in our year-round community just minutes from Disney and all Central Florida has to offer.

Driving to theme parks is minutes away. Located just off 192 and minutes to groceries, restaurants, Walmart and Target.

Other Things to Note and Nearby Attractions:

Please NO SMOKING inside the house. There are some comfortable seats outside in the pool area that will work for smokers. While we don’t post specific quiet hours we ask that you be mindful of our neighbors, it’s important to us that we enhance the neighborhood and be the best neighbors we can be. Also, no parties. Sadly, you’ll be charged for any damage done or unreasonable cleaning requirements.
