Welcome to our home in beautiful Regal Palms Resort!

There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom.

Our south-facing back yard offers a patio, table & chairs and a communal BBQ.

Our family-friendly resort has a large Resort Pool area, Lush tropical landscaping, Lazy River, Waterslide, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, outdoor playground, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are tropical and well manicured, providing a picturesque Oasis.


LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Just 8 miles from Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, Legoland, Sea World, Aquatica, Margaritaville, City Walk, Disney Springs, Discovery Cove, and loads more attractions.
Great shopping at nearby Posner Park (5 miles) and the Outlet Malls on Hwy 4, and loads of awesome Restaurants close by.

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Twisty Treat Ice Cream, Giovanni's Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Golf is a 4 minute drive to Highlands Reserve (across the street).

Our location is ideal. We are centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,25m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back to experience it all!

Super séjour!

Superbe condo, très propre, accueillant et confortable. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de nos moments passés à cette endroit. Très bon service, retour rapide avec la propriétaire sur nos questions et personnel très sympathiques à l’accueil. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

The condo was perfect for our party of four adults and two teens. Lots of kitchen gadgets, pots, pans and storage containers. The pool was outstanding, and we visited it nearly every day! The entire complex was clean, safe, and well-run. Check in and out was a breeze. Very responsive and friendly host!

The house was great. The location to everything to do in and around Orlando was easily accessible. The pool area was enjoyed by our family. The check in process was easy, and everything listed online was available at the site. With the condo being so close to the others, you could hear your neighbors easily. The trash can is fairly small so it's tough to clean. But overall I would highly recommend this place, as the price and amenities were fantastic.

There were instructions to help with wifi passwords, trash disposal and dishwasher instructions. Loved there were televisions in each room, plenty of towels, utensils and cookware were plentiful. We also loved that there was a Keurig machine.

For the most part we loved the place. The beds are comfy and there were lots of extra pillows and bedding so we were comfortable. The kitchen/house had most of the things we needed. The original listing said there was a BBQ and a blender but they don't have these items. There is supposedly a community BBQ but they are not gas BBQ's. There was some initial confusion regarding our check in and miscommunication about how to contact the property manager. However, it was easy to contact the host and any confusion was sorted quickly. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and enjoyed our time. The pool facility is lovely.

The pool facilities were wonderful. My kids had a blast. The property was mostly clean. We had an issue with a mystery brown smudge on a duvet and it was a little dusty overall. One day after coming back from the pool a stranger was in our unit without notice claiming to be the property manager. After phoning the property owner we were able to confirm it was indeed legitimately the manager but it was unsettling to come back and find a stranger in the unit.

The home was exactly as described, very convenient for a family visiting the area and much more cost friendly than hotels. The resort itself was just ok, my youngest enjoyed the lazy river and water slide however, the arcade room is extremely outdated and several of the machines did not work. There was a mix up during our check in, the front desk clerk put us into the incorrect unit and we're not informed until we were unpacked, this was a slight inconvenience but luckily I was contacted about the error before we got too settled in. Overall I thought this was excellent value and would stay here again. Our host Linda was very responsive and provided accurate information.

We just spent a week at this property and it was everything and more! The house was clean and perfect for the 5 of us. Could have easily had more people staying without feeling like we were living on top of each other. Also The beds are super comfortable which was a great plus, I usually don’t sleep well unless I’m in my own bed but I didn’t have that issue here. Check in/out was easy and all the staff were very friendly. The amenities at the resort are just as described. Pool/lazy river area is where we spend the majority of our time. I will say tubes/floats are not included for the lazy river so we did have to buy a few, next time I’ll just pack them. The bar/restaurant on side is convenient and not overpriced. I didn’t realize the resort wasn’t walking distance from the property, we had to drive up there. But by no means was that a deal breaker. If we were traveling without the kids maybe you could walk it but with the little ones it would have definitely been too far. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a low key get away just to hang by the pool or for a place to crash after busy days at all the parks. We did one day at Disney. My kids are young and more than that would have been too much for us. But the drive there and back was only about 25min each way. We will definitely be back!

Nice gated community

This is a cute house and was pretty clean. The only thing I noticed that could’ve used some extra attention was around the windows and back door way but it was not terrible. Only 2 dishwasher tablets, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 garbage bag were provided. This was an easy fix as we just bought a small bag of tablets, small package of TP ,since we were staying a week and a small box of Walmart garbage bags. The only 2 things I would say were annoying and was of no fault of Linda was that since this is a gated community whenever we would DoorDash after about 9pm we would get a text from the dasher they could not get in as there was no one at the gate. The number to call the front desk is a process to get through and our driver ended up waiting quite a while sometimes. This happened multiple times during our stay. The other thing is more of an issue with regal palms, the pool area is not watched very well and starting on Friday until Sunday there were some very wild kids in the pool and I ended saying something to them as they were huge kids rough housing and wrestling next to me and my little girl. I think the resort should handle this kind of behavior properly. Linda was great, always answer all of my texts and was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my 6 children ages 8, 16, 17, 18,18,18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The space was very comfortable, beds were comfy and fans are provided since the ac cannot be turned below 72.
