Very clean, well stocked home with all the accessories you could want. Great location, near everything you need. Great hosts, very attentive, and friendly. Just left from a fantastic 17 day stay. The host left some treats for us which was greatly appreciated after a late night flight. The home has everything you need from BBQ, k-cup coffee maker (which pods and creamer!), pizza oven, outdoor fire table, etc. The list goes on! The pool was clean and warm. My kids spent most of our vacation enjoying the pool and outdoor amenities (outdoor TV with comfortable seating). Beds were very comfortable as well. I look forward to our next vacation at this home and praise property management and host for offering the perfect home away from home.

We've NEVER stayed at a rental we felt so welcomed by the thoughtfulness of the hostess! We arrived and started the dreadful vacation task of thinking about groceries. We began searching the cabinets for possible left over items (S/P, coffee filters, napkins) from the previous guests. To our amazement, not only did we find those things but also: paper towels, paper plates,cups, utensils, coffee pods, a large variety of teas, a case of water, and a box of 85 snack size of chips! When we opened the fridge, and there were, along with water, sodas, a large container of grapes, a package of muffins, and a huge mixed salad. We texted our hostess, Juliann, to see if all that bounty was for us, and she quickly answered, "Enjoy!" As great as that surprise was, there was an even bigger thing that showed us the concern our hostess had for her guests. Mid-week we did a load of laundry, and discovered that the dryer wouldn't start. We contacted Juliann, and this is her exact response:We called the manufacturer warranty and the earliest they can come out to repair the dryer is November 08,2025 so will have the Maintenance personnel pass by this evening and swith out the unit will someone be home if not is it OK if they going and replace the dryer please advise Thanks.Only a fantastic hostess offers to replace a dryer mid week! (We didn't have her do so) We were a party of 7 adults and the house felt very homey and spacious and the pool was great. Needless to say, Juliann is wonderful!

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had an issue with the wifi, but the host had it fixed first thing the next morning. Host was quick and friendly on answering what questions I had. The place was great. Only advice I could give is to thoroughly read the HOA rules and regulations on the paper that is provided before you entwr the gate. We would stay here again when returning to Disney if its available.

Fantastic villa

Everything you think you need was supplied. On arrival there was water, sodas a tray of cakes and a salad in the fridge. There were crisps(potato chips) and cereals coffe and tea bags in the cupboard and even more bottles of water. The kitchen had everything you need including coffee machine with coffee pods and chocolate pods supplied.Bedrooms were spacious clean and air con throughout the house. Lovely pool area although we didnt really get chance to use it. On the whole this was a perfect villa for us 4 adults and 2 children 13 and 11. I wouldnt hesitate ti recomend this to anyone.

Amazing villa

We had an amazing stay in this villa with a family of 6. Have been to Orlando many times and this is one of our favourite villas. Travelling from Scotland and being exhausted when we arrived to find water and plenty to keep us going until we rested was very much appreciated. The Villa is close to plenty shops and restaurants, only 20mins to Disney parks and 40 mindUniversal.

Great house and pool. Only issues were lack of grab bars in master shower combined with very slippert floor! Also no railing for entering and getting out of pool. Other than that, very comfortable house for group of 8. Wonderful master bed! Location is terrific.

Beautiful home with pool

This home was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. The pool was heated so we could enjoy it almost every day. The house is in a gated community which was really quiet. There were also some lovely treats for us upon arrival.
