This 4-bedroom 2 bath rental is located in the sought after Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club community and offers a large pool for guests to enjoy. On top of that, its prime location promises easy access to all the fun of Central Florida! Recently repainted and upgraded with flat-screen TV and ample seating for the family, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom family paradise is the ideal vacation home for guests. The home has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook which features seating for 4\. A spacious living area with flat screen TV and a dining area (seating for 6 complete the spacious open floor plan. The large master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and flat-screen television. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and bedrooms three and four offer two twin beds each. As guests step out onto the pool deck a large pool beckons! The deck features loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining area to enjoy. Guests may need some encouragement to leave all of this behind for the theme parks, shops, and restaurants that are nearby. The home is located in the peaceful Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club community which features a championship Mike Dasher golf course along with a beautiful rolling countryside, an abundance of pine trees, and orange groves. The community is perfectly located for families who want to explore the area, only minutes from the major attractions, plus convenient shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Walt Disney World is a 10 minute drive on Highway 192 while Interstate 4, only 5 minutes away, takes visitors to other popular Orlando attractions, and provides easy access to the Gulf Coast OR Atlantic beaches. Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival. Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
