Another wonderful month!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with everything you 'll need. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. All the restaurants and stores are very close, but there's no traffic noise at the house. Owner and property manager are very responsive.Home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We look forward to returning next year.

Nice location

House seemed clean other than pet air. It said no pet allowed however rugs had dog hair on them. Also we had to complain about the pool being dirty and have them come and clean it. It still seemed dirty in some areas but was useable.

Florida Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We espcially enjoyed the heated pool and whirlpool. The house was clean and well maintained. Would recommend to anyone. In fact we are looking at returning again next year.

Great Orlando House

Nice 4 bdrm house , not to far from Disney and the other attractions. Heated pool and Hot tub are a must ( extra charge) Great communication with owner .

Amazing

We really enjoyed our stay. There was a welcoming feel to the home and there was everything we needed. The only suggestion we have is maybe have fluffier pillows. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Great Stay!

Property was as advertised - no complaints! Check-in was easy and house was clean and in order. Small issue with the internet, but the property manager reached out to us within minutes of calling and sorted us out.

Great community!

I stayed for 3 weeks towards the end of January and early February to work remotely and enjoy warm weather. The gated community is beautiful, a very quiet neighborhood that is large enough to enjoy nice walks. Top notch! The house has 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Very clean on the surface, nice furniture, plenty of dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies. Great location near live music and restaurants. Close to Disney, which is what makes the entire area very busy and full of traffic. The only downside was there was no king bed in master suite and a somewhat small bathroom compared to other units I stayed in w no double sink or separate tub. Also I. Noticed the bottom of my socks were black when walking around so a deep clean is needed. And they did not clean pool weekly, like most other properties do. The managing agent was very responsive to our calls relating to a few minor issues which were quickly resolved. Overall I would stay again.

Emerald Island 2023

Very nice property on Emerald Island, a lovely gated community. Near to the Disney parks and hwy 192 as well as a Wallmart. Sputh facing pool and hot tub, lanai for shade. Well equipped villa, couldn't ask for anything more.

Excellent location

Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. If there had to be a negative I would have to say the pool table was poor (I had to buy a cue) and the soccer table looked like it was about to fall apart so we didn’t use it.

Only complaint was the living room couch and love seat need to be upgraded as they are old and no support in the padding. Cleaners need to look underneath the cushions as well !!! Location was great for purposes and all amenities within the resort was good. Communication with home owner was excellent

Overall this was a great stay at a perfect location

The pool and Hot Tub could do with a bit of TLC fully functional but looking a bit drab. The towels need freshening. The pool table was unuasable due to no tips on the cues. The TV had a big line down the screen periodically. Thats enough of the negative things though. Everything else was perfect.

Good location & nice pool

Upon arrival, the house was clean & orderly but the pool was cold though I paid for heating. The pool needed service next day. Very noisy neighbors with extremely loud music & talking in middle of night. Many things needed attention: The pool needed cleaning (sand in pool), no propane for the grill, no pool table rack, pool cue sticks had no tips, no darts for dart board, twin beds not comfortable, little storage area in kitchen for cooking/food items.

The property was nice and clean. My only problem was not being able to heat the hot tub. We paid extra so we could have the pool and hot tub heated while there but the hot tub only reached 100 once for us (in the afternoon). It was cold at night but someone should've told me when i was booking that it wouldn't work good. If you have plans to go when its cooler at night dont spend the extra money on hot tub.

Great stay, close to everything

The house was clean but provides the minimum. Be prepared to bring hand soap, garbage bags, toilet paper as the house provides just one of each. This was not an issue but it’s good to know. Kitchen ware can use some updating but has everything you need. Hot tub isn’t heated unless you pay. Again not an issue but wasn’t clear from the listing. The house was very clean and fit two families (8 people) perfectly. We enjoyed the pool and the community clubhouse amenities. The house was a perfect distance to all things Disney, Kennedy Space Center and so much more. The owner is fantastic with communicating back timely when we had questions. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Great neighborhood close to everything

We have never stayed at a house with our own pool and hot tub - now we are very spoiled! Being able to sit by the pool at any time without worrying about getting a lounge is a luxury for sure. Also, the pics don't show that there are hedges around the lanai, creating privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There is no highway noise. Just a short drive to all the restaurants, groceries and parks. However, the traffic is heavy due to the parks. I appreciated the French Chef theme and there were many dishes ! I'm giving only 4 stars because we had trouble with the pool and hot tub heat. The timer sticks and we had to be diligent about making sure it turned off. Great location and nice community

Location is great and the community is quiet and private. However, the house needs work. Kitchen faucet leaks, fridge freezes fruit. Needs new pool sticks, alarm for door to pool doesn’t work. One outside light on the garage is burned out and the house was not cleaned well. It was a very quick surface clean. Bugs on the window sills, sliding glass door jams filthy, under the beds was dirty and another persons dirty tissues were still there. The vents have never been cleaned and lots dirt on the ceilings from the vents. WiFi signal couldn’t be found even though we were given a password. This was our first time using VRBO.

Perfect house for our large family!

We loved this little house! We have 6 kids and this house accommodated all of us, especially the 1 year old who had free reign of the house without worrying about stairs! Very clean and tidy with beautiful decor. Kids were always in the pool. We only have 2 complaints, and they are very minor. The first one is the pool stairs- every single one of our kids got hurt or a scrape on some way on the stairs. Maybe consider tile? And secondly, the sprinkler system. Having the grass watered during the day was ridiculous. My sister stayed 2 houses down and we would get soaked within that short distance just by walking down the sidewalk. Not only does watering during the day waste water, but it also burns the grass. Please consider night watering. Walking young children on the road to avoid getting soaked was not ideal. Beautiful house and wonderful stay! Thank you!
