Only small quibbles- the hot tub was very chlorinated, and the bedrooms got pretty warm in the evenings (the living area was nice and cool!). A king bed in the master would be an awesome upgrade. It’s a little further from Disney and Convention Center than I liked but wasn’t horrible. If we weren’t here for work it wouldn’t have mattered. The Biggest issue was the master bedroom. The mattress is basically a 4” piece of foam and the sheets are some kind of synthetic/plastic material like I’ve never seen. We were super hot every night because of that combo. The master bathroom has an intense smell near the toilet that almost makes you sick to your stomach. I think some deep cleaning or replacing the toilet would remedy it, but you obviously have to deal with that several times a day. We spent our honeymoon here and it was beautiful and fully stocked with essentials. The hottub was definitely helpful after a long day at the parks. It is close enough to everything to be extremely convenient but far enough away to get some privacy. The villa itself was very well equipped and the games room was a good hit with the kids. The villa is located very close to the 192 which leads easily to all Disney/Universal Parks. We had one minor problem with a rattling ceiling fan and left a message for Gemstone who rectified the problem the same day, brilliant service.
