The Home
Spread across 2,000 sq ft, this townhome is thoughtfully laid out for families and multi-group travel. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, flowing into a spacious living room with a large flat screen TV. Step out back to your private covered lanai and screened splash pool — your own quiet retreat after a long day at the parks.
Two downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and easy access to a beautifully appointed guest bath with granite vanity. The laundry room with full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also on the main level — a must for longer stays.
Upstairs, two full master suites each feature a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private granite-topped bath — one with a soaking tub and dual vanity, one with a walk-in shower. A fifth bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full) and its own flat screen TV rounds out the upstairs — perfect for kids.

Bringing Your Dog?
Up to two dogs welcome per reservation. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 + tax per dog is collected directly with the host after booking. All guests must sign and agree to our Pet Policy prior to arrival. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
Good to Know
This is a self-catering home. We provide a starter kit (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags) — guests should plan to grab dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods on arrival. Free WiFi, linens, and towels are all included.
Pool heat is available for $25/day with a 3-day minimum — message us before your stay to arrange it.
