  • Capteeva Villa is located in The Abbey at West Haven, just a few miles from the Magic Kingdom. It is a beautiful five bedroom, five bath vacation home, ideal for your family vacation. The home consists of two master suites with a King & Queen beds, one full size bedroom and two twins in the other two bedrooms. The home also has a TV, VCR, DVD player and a CD player. There are new flat screen TV`s in each room and the living room with a sound bar system for your enjoyment.

    For outdoor recreation, the home has a pool and a spa.

    The ChampionsGate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman is only two miles away. This home in this location offers something for everyone.

    Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

    Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

    COMMUNITY PARKING RULES:
    The home fits ONLY TWO cars. The garage is unavailable for parking. No street parking is allowed within the West Haven Community.

The stay was acceptable. The property definitely needs an upgrade. We had no towels, the grill provided was filthy & mildewed, master bedroom sheets had dirty spots, the blinds & curtains gave you no privacy, the carpeted rooms was filthy, the patio furnishings were disgusting & filthy..

Convenient but needs some TLC

The property was close enough to everything. We only used the downstairs so I can't comment on the upstairs. There were quite a few broken things and the cleaning could have been better. The kitchen had everything you would need. I did need to contact the mgt about the lock and they did respond quickly.

Winter Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was in a great location, it was close to amenities and activities. The home could use some repairs such as, blinds broke, large gaps under doors, pool needs to be resurfaced, and upstairs shower doors do not open or close (did not use shower we were afraid we would break the glass). There were also great things about this place bedrooms were large in size, had a great pool area, beds were comfortable, and it was great having a lot of options for watching television.

Cheer competition

The property was clean needed some touch up repairs but ober all not bad, but not to updated to other houses in the area. Fridge and freezer was great ice maker didnt work properly. Communication with property managemwnt Florida Spirit Vacation was poor. Had to get correct internet name and password from reading sign in house because what i recieved in email the day before arrival was incorrect. Contacted them about the jets in hot tub was not working amd no surprise did not contact me back. Contacted them about my pool heat not working the last 3 days of my stay and didnt contact me back which it was working great when i arrived and paid for 8 days and got 5 days. Wanted either turned back on which i took a picture of pool heater settings which only light lighted up was power not the heat light. So house is nice but if have to communicate with property management hope you get better then i got.

Lovely home but needs updating

Reviewer Comments: Florida spirit have been fantastic looking after us before & during our stay as always, we have used them many times.The home it’s self is a lovely home but work needs doing on it. On arrival a fire alarm battery was beeping & we told the agent , they was straight out to sort it. The banister upstairs was very wobbly & we mentioned this to the maintenance lady.The pool & pool surround needs a really good clean , I think the hurricane may have caused this dirt as the home has house behind but high up which would cause dirt etc in the wind.We went to play a game of pool but the cues had no ends on them but that wasn’t the end of the world. Also the tv was broken . Hardly any baking trays to cook.However this house was very clean inside & we enjoyed our time staying there.

House needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff person that came to the house I give 109% to they were responsive and wonderful. The house itself may not be old but needs some TLC, upon entering the house it smells like mouth balls , carpet is stained,broken blinds stuffed in drawers, not enough seating for the 8 people the house can accommodate. Had one major incident toilet overflowed thru ceiling flooded the downstairs hall. Although quick to respond the repair folks left mud across floors and filthy towels we had to spend our vacation cleaning up. The pool heat although you pay extra really needs the sun to kick in to make it actually feel warm to swim. Hot Tub is wonderful although in neither pool or hot tub there are any hand rails to help a person even teenager to get in and out . Traffic wise not convenient to Disney parks 21 miles took over 90 minutes to succeeded we left several different times between 7-12 noon , Grocery store and small eateries wonderful . We would not go back to this house ....

Family Summer Vacation 2019

The only issue I had was one of the TV in the bedroom was not working at all, and in another bedroom there was no remote control. The garbage was too inadequate for a rental that size, it should have had at least two bins considering that collection was once a week and on a Monday. The response from the Property Management was a bit lacking.

We decided to have the hot tub heated half way through our trip and it was amazing they came within 15 minutes and turned it on. All the beds are comfortable and the new couch was amazing. I would definitely stay in this house again.

June 2019 Stay

The house was very nice but the master bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke when we arrived. We noticed it was dirty under the couch when you recline the chairs. One of the TVs in the bedroom upstairs did not work and another was missing a remote so we had to keep sharing it. The jets to the hot tub did not work, but overall it was a nice home. Lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. One suggestion would be to keep the photos of the home updated. We did not realize one bedroom had a bunk bed instead of twin beds like advertised and one of my children had a really hard time trying to get up there so he slept on the couch everyday. I would rent this home again. Nice location.

July 2018 Stay

House was perfect for two families. Location was great and neighborhood and neighbors were so welcoming. There are things that need fixed and addressed. A deep dusting on vents needs done, but I actually did the ones I could reach as I obsess over a clean house. Sliding glass door didn’t have handle that leads out from dining area. It is missing a cabinet by sink but, that doesn’t stop ya from anything. Some tips I would recommend is get a new sectional for living space, the couch flakes and is then spread all over house. There is no vacuum so you have to try and sweep it up. Another tip, is to furnish more pots and pans.. Bigger pots especially when you have two families in house you can boil a pot of noodles for a large family or even a family of 5-6. The neighbor was very kind and let us borrow theirs the whole time and then we returned it before leaving. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend Florida Spirit Homes.

June 2018 Stay

This is our third time renting a home through Florida Spirit. This is the first time we were disappointed, this house needs updating. For starters the sectional vinyl couch is flaking all over the place, a piece of cabinet was off in the kitchen, one of the sliding glass doors doesn't lock just has a stick in it, the beds & pillows were uncomfortable, only two jets in the hot tub were working and the house could use some more seating outside. have We left behind our pool noodles and floats for the next family since there wasn't any. Location is great but we won't rent this home again- Capteeva Villa
