We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney Area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Butterfly Palm is a nice addition to our portfolio. It is also in the building right next to the Windsor Palms pool and clubhouse so you could not have a better location within the resort than this either! Butterfly Palm is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom ground floor condo, and has 1268 sq ft of living area to enjoy. It provides plenty of room to relax, while the nearby resort amenities provide a whole host of options for those who are more energetic! Located less than a one minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, Butterfly Palm provides a resort view which can be enjoyed from your private patio, and as you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped. Decorated in soothing pastel shades throughout, the condo has been extensively upgraded throughout with new flooring, furniture and painting. Our guests liked it before, but they will really love it now because it does offer something a little different, and it certainly enjoys a very relaxing vibe, yet still has everything a family on vacation would want. It sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, though as with many of our other homes we do restrict occupancy to 6 to preserve the condition of the home The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, one Queen size bed, and a twin bedroom, a perfect configuration that does work well for many families. The Queen and twin rooms share the second full bathroom. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home. Butterfly Palm also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Please note that the condominium also has high speed wireless Internet access, which is offered complimentary to all our guests. High speed wireless Internet access is also complimentary when you relax by the pool too. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing West, you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon until well into the evening, perhaps enjoying a spot of dinner as you plan your next adventure!. Clean and organized. The kitchen has enough to cook meals if you want. The pool is close. The Internet is good. The TV has lots of options. We were impressed the moment we walked in our unit and saw the table set, lights and AC on and everything clean and ready for us. Quiet community and pool is a short walk away from unit. We loved that it was 1st floor and a short walk to parking lot. Each Disney park we went to was 15 - 20 minute drive which was great. We would stay here again! ##### Suzanne W. The master shower drain does not work properly and the gap under the front door allowed roaches to get in almost daily. I had to shove grocery bags under the door to keep the pests out. Kitchen cabinets are falling apart, and very little kitchen equipment is provided. We found a giant toenail clipping on the couch as well. Mar 29, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Family vacation The Great: Great space, lots of room, great location, nice amenities A couple little things: kitchen pots/ pans/ bowls/ utensils/ tupperware were limited for a family of 6, however, not that big of a deal, just have to do dishes more. When you go to the pool, it is packed, getting enough chairs for a family of 6 can be tricky... especially when some people would have both a table with chairs, as well as towels on a lounge chair so that they could go back and forth... meanwhile taking up a table and 2 chairs per person when other people were laying on the ground by the pool without one chair. All in all, a great place for a family though. The basketball court was great, as was the beach volleyball court. We would definitely recommend this place! ##### Leila C. On-site swimming pool, business centre and small shop. Three bedrooms - one king plus two bedrooms with twin beds. There are quite a few signs of age (wall paper pedaling off, etc). We saw ants in the kids bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms, but it is on the ground floor in central Florida. The condo could use a deep cleaning, new small appliances and cookware, but the towels, linens and surfaces were all fine. We only used the condo for sleeping and didn't cook, so it was great for our needs. Our kids would like to request more thematic decor. ##### Kelly F. It is only steps away from the pool and clubhouse which was great. The high ceilings make it feel even bigger. We had no issues with location or check-in. There was an slight issue with ants though but I think it was known and they were trying to eliminate that issue.
