This stunning vacation retreat offers a sanctuary of comfort, perfect for families looking to unwind after thrilling days at the nearby theme parks. Strategically located just 9 miles from the Disney Parks, this property ensures both convenience and exclusivity. Every detail of this home exudes luxury, from its spacious layout to the high-end finishes that promise an unparalleled stay. Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking. To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid. No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund. When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.
