Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom, 3 full bathroom pool home located in the charming gated community of Reserve at Town Centre in Davenport, Florida. Designed with families in mind, this beautiful retreat is just 15 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World and a short drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and International Drive.  
  
Step inside to find an inviting open kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals for family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home! The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings is adorned with a cozy blue sofa (which is also a pull-out bed) and two comfy accent chairs, setting the stage for unforgettable family movie nights.  
This home offers two luxurious primary bedrooms, each featuring a King bed, cable and Roku TV, and private ensuite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy. The third bedroom enchants with delightful Harry Potter decor and a Full bed. The fourth bedroom showcases a playful Mickey Mouse decor with two twin beds, while the fifth bedroom delights Star Wars fans with its exquisite decor and twin beds.  
  
After a day at the parks, your kids will LOVE the games room in the converted garage! This kid-friendly space will provide hours of fun with board games, a TV (just bring your gaming system to connect!) PLUS two arcade games – Pac Man and NFL. These will keep your young guests entertained for hours. This space has also been equipped with a split AC unit to enjoy hours of fun in a temperature controlled setting.
