The Space:

The dining area provides a welcoming space to enjoy meals together. Each of the five bedrooms is a private retreat, offering a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while the other bedrooms feature a combination of double and single beds. Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 5-bedroom house, including the open-plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, five private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. A garage and laundry room are also available for your convenience.

You're just a short drive from the world-famous Walt Disney World (approximately 20-25 minutes), Universal Orlando Resort (around 20-25 minutes), and SeaWorld (about 20-25 minutes), ensuring endless entertainment for the whole family. Transportation from our Kissimmee house is simple. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about a 45-minute drive. We offer free on-site parking, including garage access. Public transportation is available, but a car is recommended. The main theme parks, Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, and SeaWorld, are all within a 20-25 minute drive. Ride-sharing services are also readily available. Please park only in designated areas. Enjoy your vacation!

◆ The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.

◆ The guest booking this property must be at least 21 years of age when they book and stay with us. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.

◆ Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest.

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Kissimmee Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

◆ PMI Kissimmee utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening.
