### 2947 Amazing 5BD Perfect for Your Family!

Summary:  
  
An comfortable house with 5 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, the house also has high speed wi-fi. Located at the condominium Paradise Palms Resort  
  
The Space:  
  
This cozy house boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, complete with high-speed Wi-Fi. It is situated in the Paradise Palms Resort condominium, which features an exceptional clubhouse with a large resort-style pool that is perfect for families to enjoy for hours.  
  
The house comprises five bedrooms, with the main suite featuring a King bed and a private bathroom. One room has a Queen bed with a shared bathroom, while two rooms have two Full beds each and share a bathroom. Lastly, a room has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.  
  
The townhouse is conveniently located near several amenities. It is a mere 9 minutes away from Walmart, 20 minutes away from Disney, 25 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 30 minutes from Universal.  
  
Just to let you know, there is an extra fee for the pool heater, and you need to let us know 48 hours before your reservation if you wish to add it.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
BOOKING YOUR STAY:   
  
You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.   
  
BEFORE CHECKING IN:   
  
Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.  
  
AMENITIES:  
  
\* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.  
  
\* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).  
  
\* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.  
  
\* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.  
  
\* Washer & dryer available.  
  
MAINTENANCE:  
  
We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.  
  
POOL AND SPA HEATER (if applicable):  
  
The SPA is not a hot tub. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature.  
  
The heater can take up to \*24 to 48 hours to fully heat\* the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed. Please make sure to request pool heating \*at least 48 hours prior\* to arrival.  
  
The pool is heated to \*86°F\*. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86°F.  
  
Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets.  
  
\*Important Notes:\*  
  
• Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay.  
  
• During periods of extreme cold temperatures (approximately 32°F–40°F), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature.  
  
These weather-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund.  
  
 IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

\- Parties are not permitted  
  
\- Pets are not allowed  
  
\- Smoking is not allowed indoors  
  
\- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

#### Disney Family Vacation

This house was great for our family! We had a group of 10, and we didn’t feel squished at all. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and perfectly spaced through the house. The resort that the house is located in is great and had a lot of great amenities to use. Stars Vacation Homes was great to work with. They were very attentive leading up to my stay and check in was super easy. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had some minor issues. For example, the pool didn’t appear to be clean at all. I’m not sure if the pump was running or if it was just really dirty. We didn’t really care because we only used the big resort pool, but we may have used the house pool if it was cleaner. Also, the living room cable box did not work at all. It would show a few seconds of cable and then shut off, come back on, and do it again. This made it very difficult with two kids. Otherwise, we had a really great stay and would use them again!

#### Extremely disappointing

There are many small things that could have been overlooked but became harder when they started to add up so quickly. The house is older and in desperate need of some new carpet and paint. The chair legs in the dining area are precarious and bending. Even my 100 pound father was too nervous to sit on them. The far side of the reclining couch works while the other does not. When we opened the reclining side that worked, cheetos fell out (when I mentioned this over the phone to a lady working in the office later on, I was very snottily asked if I took pictures.) We were told there was a Keurig via telephone from StarsVacationHomes before we arrived so we ordered k-cups only to find THREE regular coffee pots and no Keurig. We also had problems with the 2 king size rooms sinks draining. All these things could have been overlooked but as I said, just a bit annoying. It became a bit worse when we laid down after a very long drive. The mattresses were AWFUL. They were extremely thin and you could feel the dips from where all the previous hips and shoulders have been. After full days of walking in the theme parks, it was terrible to not be able to get a good night rest- even my 7 year old claimed discomfort (were told there were 2 new beds. no.). We were also a little irritated to find that there was no warning/posting of pool maintenance arriving and letting himself into the back deck. On the subject of the pool, we added pool heat and while that seemed to work well, the amount of chlorine made it hard to enjoy. We don't believe the levels were checked, just added. Finally, the day we arrived, we noticed a horrible smell coming from the dishwasher and realized the entire top rack was broken as well. I sent a message through VRBO that I was "just making them aware" as we did not want the blame for it being broken. Hours later, StarsVacationHomes responded through VRBO that they would let maintenance know (I do not receive direct alerts from VRBO without going into emails). There was no mention of time or dates. Imagine our surprise after a long day in the parks and coming home from dinner to a stranger standing in the hallway of the home. A very upsetting thing to a family with a small child. This poor man, who was only there doing as he was told, was almost in a dangerous situation. After speaking to the office, was told a manager would call the next morning. They never did. The expired rental license posted within the home did not help matters.

#### Interesting yet Frustrating Stay

I’ll start by saying my family and I have stayed at this location multiple times, not this exact unit but within the community. This stay was probley the most frustrating. I think the best way to provide feedback is listing pros and cons so here it goes: Pros: Appliances, household necessities/kitchen utensils, easy check in process/instructions, very responsive to questions prior to stay, cable/smart tv, clean Cons: ants/bugs(near pool door and in kitchen), dining room chairs unstable, FILTHY CARPET, check out time too early, gate entry(you have yo go to main gate to get a card to get into gate where property is anddd scanner is on passenger side very inconvenient), and SPEED HUMPS ( THREE of my guest had to purchase new tires and they all had the exact same damage. DID YOU HEAR ME THREE DIFFERENT VEHICLES WITH THE EXACT SAME IRREPARABLE TIRE DAMAGE. They weren’t being negligent and going over them fast or anything like that but those bumps will surely damage your tires/car. My tires weren’t damaged thankfully but my air pressure light came on. The worse part about it is when the vehicles were taken to get tires examined the guy was like let me guess you guys are staying at paradise palms, he stated they get a ton of customers who are vacationing there with tire damage). If it weren’t for the fact that we had a large number of guest and it was a holiday weekend we likely would have left. This trip was more of a headache than anything. I think this unit needs to have that carpet taken OUT and replaced with something more durable since there is a revolving door of guest in and out. Some of the units in the community are well kept and nice but I think next time we’ll try another community closer to Orlando.

roomy, clean house. Easy check in. Nice themes/decor. My 1 year old loved the Mickey Mouse room we stayed in & my niece was obsessed with her beauty and the beast room. Very comfortable beds. there were multiple locks on back door which helped make sure the littles didn’t sneak out back to pool! Would recommend and stay again!

#### Wonderful experience

The property was as listed. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighbors were a bit noisy, but we were able to put a small speaker near the pool to drown it out. It would be great if there was a path to the community pool.
