Beautiful 5/5 bedroom home!!!
Beautiful, 5BR/3BA pool home in Lake Davenport Estates. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Large master bedroom with a garden tub in the master bathroom.
It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!
Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
BBQ and pool heat are additional fees. A services fee of $50 will be applied for the pool heating order placed less than 7 days before arrival.

The property was average at best. The house was in need of quite a few repairs, there were no pots to use in the kitchen, a deep clean of the house could be useful. The BBQ was dangerous with missing feet, holes in the grill. The pool was quite dirty. We have stayed at a lot of rentals and this one falls below par.

Spring Break
This property was in a good neighborhood and conveniently located near Walmart and other stores. I have several complaints about this property. The trash wasn't picked up on Monday, several blinds were missing in some of the rooms, the hardwood flooring was missing in certain spots causing us to get scratched on it if we didn't step over it and we didn't have a way to clean out the pool. The trash was already at the road when we arrived on Sunday for Mondays pickup but everyone trash was picked up except ours. I contacted them thru the VRBO app and also emailed someone. They did responsed but nothing was ever done. We didn't have no where to put our trash and the other trash was getting blown across the yard. I have stayed at several rental properties before in Florida and this was the worst I've stayed at.
