Spacious and bright, it has a large, modern, fully-equipped kitchen (including air fryer) that opens onto a spacious living room, creating a convivial space in which to relax. The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or friends. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, offering modern comfort. Outside, there is a terrace overlooking the pool and a private solarium, ideal for relaxing in the sun. A parking space is also available just outside the residence, for added convenience. \## Access The flat is located on the 1st and top floor of the residence, accessible by external stairs. For your convenience, a parking space allocated to the flat is available in front of the residence, allowing you to park easily near the flat.
