Discover this charming studio located on the **top floor** of the Palm Court residence, a fully renovated residence just steps away from Orient Bay Beach in Saint Martin.
  
The studio overlooks the **inner courtyard** with a lovely **pool** where you can perfect your tan while lounging on the **sunbeds**.
  
You have the option to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace of the restaurant, which also overlooks the residence's pool.
  
The studio is **fully equipped** with a kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower, a king-size bed, a sofa, and a dining table on the balcony. It is also equipped with WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a safe. The residence also has a private and secure parking lot.
  
The **beach is 100m away**, and the village square with its restaurants is 50m away.
  
Convenience stores are also located 50m away (Petit Casino, hairdresser, tobacco/press, beauty salon, Italian caterer, etc.).
