Taking 3 little children up and down multiple times per day up to the 3rd floor was a huge inconvenience. Rental management company (Prestige) in charge of this listing and unit absolutely failed in their responsibilities in providing accurate description of the unit and a warning ahead of time as they were fully aware of the situation.
