HEATING AND COOLING:

Kinross on Cox is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, electric blankets on both beds, and additional heaters for each bedroom. Leaving the bedroom doors open helps the reverse cycle reach further through the home.

Nile St Cafe (3 min drive) handle the morning coffee, while Avido Ristorante (4 min) and Parrot Distilling Co (3 min) cover Italian dining and handcrafted spirits with a pizza menu. Wine country sits close by — Highland Heritage Cellar Door (6 min) and Philip Shaw Wines (9 min) are both an easy drive.
