Summary:  
  
This beautifully renovated 1941 cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry, it’s the perfect retreat for families, friends, or couples.  
  
With an open-plan layout, guests can enjoy entertaining, unwind with a glass of local Orange wine, or stream their favorite shows on our 55-inch Smart TV with multiple streaming apps.  
  
The Space:  
  
Located on historic Lords Place, this charming, tree-lined street is just a short stroll to the town centre, where you’ll find fantastic cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops.  
  
Our Story  
  
We were lucky to become the third owners of this beautiful cottage, and our rear neighbour even grew up here, adding to the warm community feel. Over the years, our family (along with our two Cavoodles) has created many wonderful memories in this home.  
  
While work has taken Melissa to Newcastle, I continue to work at the local mine, allowing me to maintain and improve the cottage for our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have, and yes pets are welcome at no extra charge!

The Neighborhood:  
  
Orange is a beautiful city steeped in history and beauty. Wide tree lined streets filled with elegant period homes that tell a story about the earlier days in Orange. Home to just over 40,000 people, this high altitude city is host to a variety of events through the year including food and wine, cycling, running, hot air ballooning, regular farmers markets and plenty more. Home to some of the best cool climate wines in Australia and a selection of fine dining restaurants and cafe’s, Orange has plenty to offer.

The local wineries are a 10 to 15 minute drive from town

Full linen and towels will be provided and professionally cleaned.

A $300 pre-authorisation hold will be placed on your card before check-in. This is not a charge and will be automatically released after your stay, provided there are no damages or breaches of house rules.

The house is comfortable and clean in a quiet location. A safe enclosed yard for our dog. The owners ask that you don't leave your dog unattended in case of barking or whining which is fair enough but difficult if you want to go out to dinner. It wasn't a problem for us.

#### Wonderful cottage

A wonderful cottage with all the items you need for a great Orange adventure. Fabulous outdoor area with yard, hills hoist and deck with BBQ. Our dog loved the house and yard except he could squeeze under the side gate and run around to the front - that was secure with another gate. Larger dogs may be able to jump over the front fence. Great home and well air conditioned. Had a problem with a gate and a lovely local came to fix it very quickly. Will be back!

347 Lords is a very comfortable, well appointed cottage that we 5 adults spent a lovely Christmas in. Pretty garden, good kitchen, and great to be able to use either inside or outside table. Set on a nice quiet street, easy parking and quick drive into town. Great stay.

We loved staying here. The house was clean, beautifully equipped with a lovely inside space and garden. We were so comfortable, and our puppies (Dash and Dotti) were made to feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back - as regular visitors to family in Orange, we have now found our perfect 'base camp'! Highly recommend.

Joel’S cottage was wonderful. It was a cold w/e but the gas heater did an excellent job of warming the house My 2 Cavoodles loved the yards- zoomies galore It met all my needs and more. Will highly recommend this great cottage

#### Mini getaway with fur babies

Highly recommend a stay at this gorgeous cottage in Orange. We had a fabulous two nights with our two Cavoodles. We loved the extra little thoughts of dog blankets, toys, food bowls and treats. Our dogs were able to run around the secure yard. The cottage was very well maintained, beautifully presented and had all the comforts of home. It’s a 10min walk to the main business areas where you can find cafes, shopping and the tourist information centre which was terrific. Lots of parks to walk our dogs. Check in was easy, secure parking and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

#### Cute Orange cottage

A compact house with all the essentials. A couple streets back from the main street of Orange. The air conditioning was running on our arrival which was a nice touch as it was a hot day. The back yard area is fully enclosed but a small dog might be able to get through parts. The garden shrubs needed to be cut back and would have enlarged the useable area. The front gate and driveway gate were a bit tricky to open as wobbly in parts. Overall, the stay had everything we needed. Thanks.

Great spot, beautifully clean and it had everything we needed. The Christmas tree and special Christmas welcome pack were a really thoughtful addition to our stay - will definitely stay again. Thank you!
