Inside, the sleek, contemporary design sets a warm and stylish mood, featuring a roomy living area and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering and entertaining. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two full beds, and a sofa bed, providing comfort for the entire family.  
  
Enjoy resort-style amenities including shared indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a spa sauna. Step outside for direct beach access or engage in a friendly match on the tennis courts. With enhanced cleaning practices and self-check-in/check-out, your stay is as convenient as it is relaxing. Ideal for long-term stays, this condo is a perfect getaway for families and friends seeking a serene beachside escape.

• Parking space: 2 car maximum -PASSES MUST BE FILLED OUT WITH DATES OF STAY AND UNIT NUMBER. Any vehicles without passes that are completely filled out may get booted or towed at owner's expense.   
• The parking fee is included in the total amount.  
Things to know  
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”   
• Please note we don't provide beach towels  
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.  
House rules  
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction.  
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.  
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.   
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.   
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
