Great location, great condo, comfortable beds. The view was great, the property has good amenities, overall great experience.There were a few minor maintenance issues that can be fixed easily before a future guest stays such as the speed of the drain in the tub, or a broken chair.

Great beach view and amenities, but the condo itself needs work. The front door is scuffed with peeling paint, the furniture is stained/mismatched, and the rug is dirty. Several maintenance issues: disposal and sink don’t drain, tub backs up, master door won’t lock, and patio chairs are broken. Comforter was faded with a bleach stain. Past reviews mention similar problems that still haven’t been fixed.

The location and beach was great.A few things need corrected.Two elevators didn’t work all week causing long waits every time.Our unit needs furniture updated.The area rug looks very dirty.One lounger chair is broken and very dirty on the patio.The entire unit needs a good deep cleaning.The bathroom and tub in the master is much smaller than appeared on the website.We have stayed at other Phoenix condos and this one failed in comparison.

#### Room 715 Phoenix V 

The 715 room is a 2 bedroom condo with plenty of room in both bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom the beds are full size with enough walking space. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms are all nice sized you don’t feel like you are walking all over each other in this room. Then the view there is nothing like waking up to the ocean out the door. It was a great place to stay and me and my family plan on being back soon.

#### Springbreak Getaway

First of all we loved the location & the room itself was fine, had a great view. We were sad the outdoor pool was never open during our stay but we enjoyed the indoor one & hot tub on a rainy day. The elevators were mentioned on other reviews, we didn’t think it’d be that bad. There’s 4 elevators only one was working on out first day it took forever to get to our floor by our 3 day 3 elevators were working thankfully. I will say it’s pretty loud lots of young people out at night, my kids are heavy sleepers so we didn’t care. Overall it was a good time

This property was wonderful, plenty of space, perfect beachfront location. Check in was easy, property manager was easily reachable for issues. The only issue was the elevators in the building. There are not enough elevators for the amount of rooms/floors so be prepared for long elevator wait times (20 or more minutes during peak times).

This was a great place to stay if you have toddlers. My two year old had a blast in the splash pad area. The condo was nice and clean. We would definitely recommend this condo and the Phoenix V.

#### Needs a Little Attention

We were disappointed with several things in our condo. The sofa sleeper would not pull out all the way and little we could see was dirty. No sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. We had to rearrange our whole sleeping situation. The lounger on the balcony was broken, my daughter fell backwards when she sat down on it. The area rug in the living area was dirty. The highlight of our stay here was the splash pad and pool. We chose the place because it had the splash pad for the little ones and it was a big hit. They loved it. We may stay at the complex again, but definitely not in the same condo.

#### It was a nice area

The property was nice. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice on chilly days. The communication about the jackhammering on the balconies starting at 7a-6p (4 days) would have been nice, luckily we didn’t have little one’s trying to nap. We understand there needs to be maintenance and upkeep but a little heads up before we arrived would have been nice other than a little white board by the elevator. The room we stayed in needed some work. The sliding doors need replaced in living room (unable to see out of them) and in the master bedroom the door was unable to be opened. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling was failing (we swept up every day). The bed in the second room was unbelievably noisy. It squeaked every time you rolled over. The hot water in the 2nd bathroom never got hot. And the TV remotes for 2nd bedroom didn’t work. On a positive note, we enjoyed the beech, and the outdoor pool. Staff was always polite and friendly. They consistently were cleaning and making rounds to ensure people were being safe around the pools and checking armbands. The condo facility building was nice.

This was a great place for my husband, our year and a half daughter, ny sister, brother in law, and 5 year old nephew to stay. Great location and the kids loved the splash pad. However, at the splash pad there seems to need more safety measures since it’s all concrete and the kids slide onto the rough surface. Our rooms were cleaned and relaxing. Washer and dryer on site made it so easy to be able to clean our clothes throughout our stay. The showers struggled to drain but another family member of ours stayed in the same building and had the same issue so I’m assuming it’s from sand. Anyways, all around great place to stay, thank you for letting us enjoy your space 😊

The property was dirty upon arrival. Had to be re cleaned. The guest bathroom had a hole in the ceiling with a plastic cover over it. The upstarts bathroom leaked through this hole. Vents had mold and mildew due to neglect changing air filters. Damage in every room. The property manager offered to send us another place, but did not have another one that fitted our needs. I have another beach trip booked with VRBO that I am having second thoughts about. May need to cancel and find better accommodation

#### Great time!

We had a minor issue with maintenance upon check-in, but even after hours, the property owners resolved it quickly. The kids really enjoyed the amenities of the resort, especially the splash pad and the indoor pool. I enjoyed being so close to the beach, having fun things on site to do with the kids, and the close proximity to other activities in and around Orange Beach. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. We all had a great time!
