Although the Phoenix VII is a little older, this unit is updated and modern. The condo was very spacious and clean. I was impressed with the scent that greeted us each time we entered. My family makes this trip 3-4 times a year, and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. The only negative was the parking fee. This was of no control of the owner because it is set by the complex, but the cost is 55 per car. I say that for awareness. This condo was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful condo with fantastic views. The rooms were spacious with outstanding bedding. The master bed is probably the comfiest mattress I’ve slept on in a hotel/condo. The kitchen is complete with all the pots/pans and utensils you need for your meals. The balcony was beautiful views of the gulf and pool. Easy access to the beach which is always great when hauling beach stuff. Our family didn’t want to leave and we would absolutely stay here again. ##### Michael S. We spent so much time on the balcony just listening to the waves . It was so clean and we had everything we needed there and more. I would definitely recommend staying here you are so close to the beach very easy access . Close proximity to local restaurants and entertainment . You will not regret staying here !!! ##### Emily O.
