It was perfect! Plenty of user friendly activity options and friendly staff. Very family oriented. Loved not having to bundle kids and gear into the car to get to the beach…just down the elevator! The condo was spacious and clean. The property management crew was very responsive. Take note - you need to pack/take EVERYTHING consumable (dish soap, hand soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo, etc). My only complaint is Phoenix West II takes up ALL the beach space with umbrella and chairs for rent that remain empty all day. In order to get a somewhat good spot on the beach, you must get out there at 6 am to claim a spot that is only semi close, other than that, everything was absolutely perfect! ##### Nancy T. Our stay with Alabama Getaway Rentals and Phoenix West II was amazing. The condo was even better than the pictures. The views were great, the beds were comfortable, and the condo was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. All furniture and fixtures were clean and great quality. The property is convenient, clean, and have great amenities including an indoor heated pool, several jacuzzis, an outdoor pool, splash pad, a large lazy river with a water slide and tubs, a sauna, and fitness center. The property is large but the parking was great and there are several elevators to accommodate so many guests. We never waited for parking or elevators. ##### Alicia A. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. All beds were so comfy and the living area was beautifully decorated and cozy! Although it rained and was extremely windy for several days, we all enjoyed the beach and sunshine after it cleared up. Abby was very helpful and always answered my questions with a quick message response! She made our vacation so enjoyable by taking care of all the details!
