Many Upgrades! Perfect Location! Upgrades are complete as of January1st!!! Come check them out for yourself!! "Sunshine At The Beach" sits in the Seascape complex, just steps from the beach, offering enough beds for the whole family! It has a spacious floor plan being on the top floor, so bring the entire family! The Primary Suite boasts a King Size Bed, Large Screen & Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a brand new, all tile, walk-in shower! The Guest Bedroom provides another King Size Bed with a Smart TV. What used to be an open loft is now a fully enclosed 3rd bedroom that holds 2 Full Size Beds and a Smart TV. The guest bath with a shower/tub combo is located just off the hall on the main level. Wake up and step out onto the balcony to breathe in the Salty Air and enjoy the views of the Gulf while sipping your coffee on the provided tables and chairs. When the rest of the bunch arises, check out the newly designed living area with plenty of seating and create a great meal in this fully stocked kitchen with all Stainless-Steel Appliances, beautiful Granite Counter tops, and serve it on the dining set and bar stools for extra seating. Head outside and jump in the refreshing swimming pool with plenty of seating and loungers to soak up the sun. Or, head over to The Most Beautiful Beach On Earth using the community boardwalk access just on the edge of the property. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the assigned spot under the complex and is FREE! "Sunshine At The Beach" will not disappoint! \*\*TVs are streaming only. No cable. Passwords for streaming services are NOT provided. You will need to log into your own accounts.\*\* Free Wi-Fi. \*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. These items are placed in a storge closet on the balcony. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). As for the condo itself when we got inside it was sand on the floors, the master bed had sand in it, table on the balcony and the sliding glass doors were dirty. Also, the whole time we were there we had no internet and no tv. When I text about it I was told to reset the modem, but there was no modem to be found. So the property manager was suppose to contact the internet provider and get back with us but never did. We found several dishes in the cabinets that were dirty, washer/dryer did not work properly and the fact that we only got one garbage bag, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels to start out was ridiculous. Plus the description of the condo stated there was a pull out couch and there wasn't one. Then when we were checking out this morning with everyone's luggage, etc on luggage cart the elevator got stuck on the 2nd floor so we had to carry everything down the stairs. Plus Iforgot to mention the parking was very tight in garage. The view was beautiful and location perfect if only the condo would have been more up to standard with what I've been accustomed to with VRBO's. ##### Belinda K. It was clean and the location is very good - close to the beach and restaurants etc. However - I Have never stayed in a VRBO with such limited supplies. For example ONE dishcloth, limted dishes (coffee cups too small for even the smallest Keurig setting) and limited towels. Nothing major - just annoying. We did have a somewhat disturbing incident. While we were eating breakfast on the balcony a man just walked in without knocking. Apparently he was a maintenance guy and was told the unit was empty. This made me very uncomortable because my husband and I had planned to go golfing and my teenage daughter was going to stay behind by herself.
