The well-appointed style and open floor plan of the main level includes the living kitchen and dining areas so your group can easily socialize. You will find a spacious living room with a 50-inch HDTV complete with a queen sleeper sofa another full sofa and 2 oversized comfortable chairs with ottomans. Adjacent is the enormous open kitchen with stainless steel appliances granite countertops freestanding ice maker and a counter height seating for 8\. The dining area has a large table that seats 8 comfortably and is perfect for family meals and catching up on the day's activities. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS For your convenience a half bath is also located on the main level. All bedrooms are located on the second level and the full width balcony can be accessed through the hall making it easy for all guests to enjoy the gulf view. A banister separates the two sides of the duplex. The primary suite faces the Gulf and offers a beautiful view of the white sandy beaches. Guests staying in the primary bedroom will have a king bed private bath flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Next you have the bunk room where you will find 8 built in traditional twin size bunk beds. The bunk room comes with a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray to keep the children entertained. Just across the hall from the bunk room is a full size bathroom. The final two bedrooms also come equipped with TVs and Blu-Ray players where guests can retreat to their private space and relax. One has a King bed and the other has a Queen and they share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The full size washer and dryer are located in the hall on the second level. Summer Salt 4 West has free WIFI throughout. The bedding is: 2 King beds 1 Queen 8 built in twin beds - bunk style (standard 75" length) and a queen sleeper sofa. We had a girls trip with 10 women. The location is perfect. We shared a pool with three other houses and it was well kept. Our only suggestion would be to put an extra mirror in each bedroom. It would have been very helpful with 10 ladies getting ready each day. Also, some beach chairs and beach towels would have been nice since we flew in. We had a great time at the beach and local restaurants. Plenty of room in the house for our family. However, the check-in process was horrible. We were offered a chance to book the night before our original check in date as the property was vacant. We declined but were advised that we could likely check in early the next day since nobody was in the unit the night before. We arrived while an attendant was in the house, checking over things, and she said she'd be about 15 minutes then we would get notification of the key code to get in. This was around 1 PM. We decided to go to lunch, came back and checked in with the rental mgmt to ask about the code. We were told there was a "work order" that they were waiting for that to be taken care of. So we decided to wait outside the property, hoping to get in before 5 PM. I called again and was told, any time now, yet we hadn't seen anyone come to the property for maintenance. At 4:55 PM a maintenance guy comes and see's us waiting, 6 adults and 3 babies under 2 .... he can't get in either, he doesn't have the code and he wasn't sure of why he was there anyway. We thought it could've been the lock, because it was a makeshift padlock and hasp. The key to open the padlock would be in a device you need a code for. He had to call the office and ask for the code and to please let us in, we'd been waiting 4 hours. He got the code, we went in and he still didn't know why he was there, he didn't know what the work order was for. We weren't happy with the lock situation, eventually we were told there was a part on order for a year to fix the door. If I were the owner of this property, I would've just replaced the door. Guests expect the home to be safe, if we locked the door from the outside and thought everyone was out of the house, someone could accidentally be locked in without knowing it. A safety concern for sure. The other issues we had with the dryer and coffee pot were remedied within a few hours, which we were thankful for. Housekeeping was good; however, the floors were filthy. Everyone had to wash their feet by the end of the evening. ##### Nancy H. We went late so we didn’t have to share the pool with anyone. For the amount of money that is charged for a cleaning fee, the house could have been cleaner such as the floors (my husbands feet were black while walking barefoot) the dresser drawers had hair and dirt in them, the vent/fan had black mold around them in both full baths. The house itself is beautiful and spacious. The trash can was broken, the 2nd floor balcony door was broken but maintenance did respond quickly to fix but had to replace the whole door so there were repairman in and out and the fridge took a bit to get cold and the light flickered like a disco ball the entire time. ##### Jaime M. The check in process was easy and so was the check out process. It was a super safe area and less than 1 minute to the beach. There are 3 large houses that all share one pool. I was under the impression from the pictures that it was a pool right in the backyard but it was not an issue. This house has a lot of stairs, it was a lot to bring all the groceries, chairs, luggage, etc up the stairs but not a deal breaker. The property was lacking extra pillows and extra blankets. They had the bare minimum in the kitchen as well. ##### Kaitlyn B. It was super comfortable for our large group. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were large and the layout was perfect. We had so much fun playing cards around the huge table. Unfortunately, dryer wasn't functioning and didn't get replaced until our 4th day. We had 15 occupants. Then washer drain wasn't hooked up again after replacing dryer, so it flooded parts of the upstairs and came thru the ceiling of the main level. Young's suncoast response was to put in a work order. The owners manager is the one who responded in a timely manner. All in all we still had a good vacation and the house is very well set up. ##### Lisa H. We loved having the living space down and the bedrooms up. The five grandsons really enjoyed the bunk room. We were just a few steps from the pool and the ocean was not much farther. It was like having our own beach! Also loved that we had beach chairs and umbrellas included with our property. It was so easy to have parking underneath and a place to keep our beach stuff. The oldest grandson (age 9) asked if we could stay here next year! The only suggestions would be to have some chairs on the second balcony instead of a picnic table and we would have loved to have had an electric broom to sweep up each day.
