Silver Beach is only 8 stories tall and has 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!! The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike also love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! PARKING INFO: Your reservation with us does not include any parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. One parking pass will be available for purchase; a second parking pass may be available if lot is not full. There is a 2 vehicle max (if second space available). No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. Please reach out to us if you need information for overflow or oversized parking. You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES \* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. Alabama Getaway requires all guests to sign a reservation agreement and submit a copy of their ID upon booking for age and identity verification purposes (to prevent fraud). \* Pets are allowed per the pet policy mentioned above. \* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. Our beach view was amazing as well. Only two issues during our stay but we enjoyed our visit. The main sliding door was broken and would not latch and there were 3 days of drilling/construction noise above our condo but management addressed it. Thanks for a sweet vacay!!! ##### Brenda W. Condo has everything u could need and is equipped with comfortable newer furniture. Plan on spending time on the deck people and nature watching. We were able to see dolphins several days. This condo was right on the beach with a great balcony which had a great table and chairs on tbe balcony. This condo was right in the middle of tons of restaurants and a walmart and souvenir shops. ##### Robert P. The balcony furniture was perfect in that the chairs sat up high so you could see the great view of the ocean. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. Both beds were very comfortable. Just a couple negatives but not deal breakers. The second bedroom is tiny and there’s barely enough room to walk beside the queen bed and there’s no closet. We had to hang our clothes in the master bedroom closet so every time we needed our clothes we had to disturb others in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is too small for a queen bed. Maybe bunk beds would be better. There is a lamp on only side of the bed and wall hooks on only one side of the bed. Both sides of the bed need wall hooks and lamps. There were no rugs in the bathrooms so we had to use our towels as rugs to stand on. Rugs would be much better in the bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we were so happy to have our small dog with us for vacation. ##### Amy G.
