The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!! PARKING INFO: Your reservation with us does not include any parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. One parking pass will be available for purchase; a second parking pass may be available if lot is not full. There is a 2 vehicle max (if second space available). We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance. WHAT WE STOCK As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation. SPECIAL NOTES \* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. The balcony furniture was perfect in that the chairs sat up high so you could see the great view of the ocean. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. Both beds were very comfortable. Just a couple negatives but not deal breakers. The second bedroom is tiny and there’s barely enough room to walk beside the queen bed and there’s no closet. We had to hang our clothes in the master bedroom closet so every time we needed our clothes we had to disturb others in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is too small for a queen bed. Maybe bunk beds would be better. There is a lamp on only side of the bed and wall hooks on only one side of the bed. Both sides of the bed need wall hooks and lamps. There were no rugs in the bathrooms so we had to use our towels as rugs to stand on. Rugs would be much better in the bathroom.
