Beautiful Gulf Front condo in the heart of Orange Beach close to restaurants and attractions, GROUND LEVEL just steps to the Gulf Front Pool & the Beach! Awesome location in the complex and very convenient. This vacation rental is a 2BR/2BA GULF FRONT condo on the ground level/first floor. Loads of amenities on-site including 2 outdoor pools, tennis courts, shufleboard, and a heated indoor pool. Great location near hot spots in Orange Beach, AL!  
  
Literally steps from the white sand and emerald water of Orange Beach. Open concept with tropical decor throughout.  
  
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and direct access to beach front patio. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles MAX - $50/veh at guard shack to park on-site, , monthly stays require a new permit per month. Free WiFi! 3 Flat Screen TVs; 50 inch SMART in LR, 32" in Bedroom 2 with SMART Bluray, and 27" in Master with DVD  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishwasher, 12-cup & single cup coffee maker. Parking for up to 2 vehicles MAX $50/veh to park on-site, monthly stays require a new permit per month. Free WiFi!

Upcoming Building Maintenance Notice - Please Read  
  
Please note that the building management has scheduled important maintenance and resurfacing work for the walkways and balconies of all buildings. Building 3, where this condo is located, schedule is noted below:  
  
August 18 - September 2: Walkway grinding phase. The unit can be rented and used during this time. However, construction noise is expected daily from 8 AM-5 PM, including weekends.  
September 3-12: Walkway coating phase. The building will be completely closed to all guests and owners. Guests must check out by 5 PM on September 2. No access is allowed during this time due to safety and sealant curing.  
September 29 - October 15: Balcony grinding for Stack 4 (our unit). The condo remains usable, but balcony access will be restricted while work is being done.  
November 9-22: Balcony coating for Stack 4. During this phase, balcony access will be sealed off completely. Furniture will be removed and guests will not be able to step out until the coating fully cures.We're committed to being transparent and appreciate your understanding while our building undergoes these necessary improvements. Please message us with any questions before booking.
