    5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
    6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We loved our stay at this condo! We travel to Orange Beach often and this was a great place to stay. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 3. The only issue we had was the balcony door was difficult to shut and lock. Other than that it was perfect! We also LOVED the great Beachside Brew coffee shop located next door in the Phoenix 1 condos.

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for your family with ease and convenience!

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

We did not even have to talk to the property manager:) Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate, fully socked (even to bake cookies:), close to anything needed, beautiful beach view, ammenities ❤️ (2 indoor pools - heated, outdoor pools - 1 heated, gym, and do on). Stay was great. The only issue was the bed. It needs to have a new mattress and especially sheets. Battle to keep fitted sheet on. Everything else at condo was great!! Location couldn’t be beat

We love the area, but the condo did not meet our expectations at all. The appliances are dated, the dishwasher exterior was missing pieces and rusted. The furniture had stains and was just disgusting, as well as the washer and dryer being dated the air conditioner system was very loud. The bathroom shower ceiling area had mildew. It was a bad experience to say the least.
