Pelican Bluff features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a flexible loft with a twin trundle bed, comfortably accommodating 11–13 guests across three spacious levels. The main floor welcomes guests into an open-concept living area with a wall of windows, soaring 10' ceilings, and direct access to a large Gulf-facing deck. At the heart of this level is a fully stocked chef's kitchen, outfitted with industrial-grade appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer and a professional gas range, making it as functional as it is stylish. A wet bar, powder room, and laundry area complete the space, creating a welcoming environment for gathering, entertaining, and relaxing.

Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including two Gulf-facing rooms that offer stunning water views and access to the sounds of the surf. Each space has been thoughtfully curated with plush bedding, high-quality linens, and professionally designed interiors that blend comfort with upscale coastal style. The fireplace is for display only and isn't available for guest use, but the home offers plenty of cozy spaces to relax and unwind.
