ASK ABOUT DISCOUNTS! D904 NEWLY RENOVATED 3 Bedroom Unit with Amazing bay views!

Beautiful redecorated (almost everything is brand new!) 3 Bedroom 3 Bath unit located on the 9th floor in the D Building. Amazing bay views where you can see dolphins swimming regularly!

VIEW! VIEW! VIEW! The sunrises and sunsets from our balcony are calling your name!

The master bedroom features a king bed with floor to ceiling windows and access to the balcony for your morning coffee and nightly wind downs. The second bedroom also has a king bed with it's own private bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has two bunkbeds, one twin over twin and the other twin over full, also with it's own private bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping room if needed.

Not familiar with the Caribe?
Amenities at the Caribe are second to none. Enjoy peace of mind at the resort with 24 hour security and a guard shack entry. It’s always voted as one of the top resorts in orange beach-it has multiple pools (including 3 indoor heated), multiple water slides, a lazy river, 9 hot tubs (both indoor and outdoor), an outside playground, putt putt areas, splash pad area, ping pong, fishing piers, fitness centers, dolphin cruises and boat rentals, the list goes on! All the sports courts you could think of-putting greens, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, corn hole. It’s on the bay side of the road only because the beach side of the road is protected so there are no buildings allowed to be built there. So I like to say the beach is in your front yard and the bay is in your backyard. There are no major roads to cross-only a private road that leads to our resort, our restaurant (voted one of the best in orange beach) and our marina. Or we have complimentary trolleys (think oversized golf carts) that will take you to and from the beach as often as you like. Private cabanas, tiki bar and on site coffee bar too!

Overall condo was great!! Host was great! Great communicator. Lazy river and outdoor pools were very chilly. The docks were so fun to fish on! Security was very extreme as it was spring break, but constantly stopped our kids to ask about wristbands. Same security woman asked our boys 3 times in one hour! They stayed in the same spot and she still constantly asked. To have people visit we had to pay 25 for a parking pass. 4 visitors allowed only.

Wonderful condo, super clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the boats and even saw a few dolphins. We've never been to Orange Beach before and hope to return. Allison was responsive and easy to communicate with and answered our questions.

Very nice condo and the instructions to get in were very easy to follow. Only 2 negatives-a very big condo complex and was very busy with a lot of guests so crowded big time on the weekend especially and there were insufficient paper goods for a week long stay. Other than these 2 things all was good.

We stayed 10 nights in the condo. The amenities were great in the condo and on the property. Allison was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. I would definitely consider renting this condo again.
