Come see why this 16th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 16th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with wine cooler, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedroom, and two Queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms for sleeping up to 12. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Zeke's Marina is directly across the street offering deep sea fishing and 2 restaurants and ice cream shop. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. I liked it compared to another Phoenix property we have stayed at because it felt less like a hotel. It seems smaller and less busy. Parking was awesome. Close enough to restaurants and grocery stores, etc.. There is a donut shop, liquor store, and great little seafood restaurant directly across the street that we used. Pros: Great location, comfortable furniture (everyone stated beds were very comfortable), kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware, appliances, silverware and dishes (although dishes and drinkware were all glass, but we had read prior review and brought our own plastic ones for the children). The complex has a wonderful lazy river, and a nice gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cons: We paid top price for this rental and it was disappointing that we needed to bring our own items like hand soap and general housecleaning cleaning items. Starter pack had minimal items (1 dishwasher pod, 1 very small dishsoap, a couple of hotel size bar soaps etc.) We like to keep our rentals clean during our stay but it was difficult not having standard cleaning products available (i.e. had glass cooktop but no cooktop cleaner was provided) Bath towels were low quality, dingy and small (this was probably my biggest negative). Very few kitchen cloths and towels. Overall our trip and the unit was a perfect place for us to gather and relax after playing at the beach or pool. We never had a hard time finding seating around the lazy river. Close to many of the great restaurants in the area. Also, I must give a thank you to Cayce, who promptly answered all my questions prior to and during our stay and quickly acted on requests. ##### Karen K. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was spotless. We had a great week on the beach. The lazy river and the slide in the pool were big hits.
