Come see why this 20th Floor Phoenix Gulf Towers condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor East corner with incredible views and unreal sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85”OLED SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 75" OLED SMART TV in the master, and a 65" OLED Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a Queen with two full bunks in the 4th bedroom and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Absolutely Beautiful

Although the pictures on this listing were beautiful it was even more beautiful in person. So clean, there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, the balcony was perfect to sit out and look at the beautiful view with the family and it was so bright and airy inside. Will definitely book again in the future.

The fabric on chairs and couches could use a nice deep clean - but when it’s a rental at the beach, things get plenty of carefree use. The space was clean, kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The only thing we needed more of was toilet paper. Beds were comfortable. We had a great time cooking breakfast in the condo, relaxing on the beach, eating out at night, and staying up late on the balcony sharing stories and playing games!

2024 family vacation

The condo was very nice but not very clean! We definitely had a great time and will be back but to charge hundreds of dollars the place wasnt very clean at all. Then the cleaning people came and put there cleaning cart in front of r door by 9 am. We had to move it to gbe able to get r stuff out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful! We had three couples traveling for a short (4 day) get-away, and love that there were three king beds. Cooking utensils were fairly well stocked, and the kitchen was big enough that many could cook at once. My only negative was that little amenities were lacking or very few (dishwasher pods (1), TP, paper towels and shampoo) were ‘starters” only. Be sure to bring your own coffee and coffee filters, dishwasher pods, Kleenex, TP and hand soap if you don’t plan to go to a store right away. We’ll surely return to this great property!

Reviewer Comments: We loved the layout and style of the condo, but for the amount of money we were disappointed with all of the necessities we had to purchase. There was one trash bag, no spare toilet paper rolls, no hand soap in the kitchen, and no kitchen staples. It would be so inexpensive to keep the condo stocked with these little things. Otherwise, the condo was clean and our family loved the amenities like the pool and lazy river.
