Are you ready to begin your worry free vacation? No check-in is required. Go directly to the your condo with an updated keyless entry. Our guests enjoy the keyless door entry as there are no keys to mess with. We know you have choices on properties to rent and we keep this condo in excellent condition with an attention to detail/updates. You will not have any surprises when you rent our condo! This direct Gulf front condo is high enough for great sweeping views without the loud beach and pool noises. This two bedroom, two bath condominium has updated tile throughout with freshly painted walls, granite, new linens, and furnished with brand new furniture. It has magnificent direct gulf front views (beach and pool) from the balcony and sleeps 6 with a (very comfortable) king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom, and a convertible queen size sleeper sofa. The condo is equipped with many necessities for your fabulous vacation. Linens are provided for all of the beds and adequate towels for the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. You will also find many useful kitchen utensils along with pots and pans for cooking. Also worth noting is that Tradewinds has only 107 condominium units thus the beach is much less crowded than mega-condominium buildings. Tradewinds is about one-half mile from a shopping center which includes a 'Winn Dixie' grocery store as well as numerous other shops (Dollar General Store and Walmart), restaurants, and an emergency medical center. Tradewinds is approximately five miles east of the intersection of Perdido Beach Boulevard and Highway 59\. This area hosts numerous souvenir shops, restaurants, family entertainment (small amusement park, water park, etc.). Check-in was easy and parking was included. The condo is in a great location and nicely stocked with all the essentials. The security personnel were attentive and helpful. The pool is clean and refreshing. Since the building is smaller there are less people on the beach giving an opportunity for space. Plenty of towels and bedding. Balcony was a great space to have coffee each morning. My only suggestion would be to add additional living room furniture for lounging in a rainy day. ##### Etta W. Only complaints - fridge has a leak in it, water was constantly in fridge and oven. The biggest burner on stove did not work. Only the 3 small ones. When I say I booked it at the last minute... and so glad I did! The property is amazing, much better than anticipated. The view when you first walk in just melts your troubles away. The view from the balcony is to die for. We so enjoyed waking up everyday and having coffee on the balcony. Tammy is very responsive to your needs, and keeps you informed from the time you book to the time you leave. Bring your seasonings/cooking spray if you plan to cook. Also be sure to read the information Tammy sends, you may decide to bring some extra household items or pick them up while there. Kitchen is fully stock otherwise and we took full advantage of it. Even had fresh ice made when we got there. For those wondering, the bed is FIRM. Personally we loved it and we slept good in it. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs because the AC unit is a tad loud. We were so tired every evening it actually lulled us to sleep. The building is just the perfect size and it gives just the perfect amount of beach space to spread out. The pool was great, the beach was so clean and the water clear. The views were absolutely amazing. The building amenities were excellent and the beach access was perfect. The location was perfect as well. It was central to many restaurants in Orange beach and Gulf Shores. The host...she was absolutely great. We needed an extra parking pass for our stay and she got one set up for us and there was no issues obtaining it upon arrival. She is very responsive and helpful. We plan to stay here again next time we are at the beach.
