Our condo we found to be very dated with the need of a whole condo redo. One of the Most Important things needed in a rental is for your guest to get a good night rest! The beds have no life left in them which lead to very little sleep. The balcony was a nice size and a great view. Lots of potential for this unit, just need to move everything out and start from ground up with a full overhaul. ##### David N.
