The balcony overlooks both the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass, offering the most phenomenal views. Grand Pointe has all of the amenities & its walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment such as The Gulf and San Roc Cay. The Space: Grand Point 502 is situated on the 5th floor offering stunning views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is 1250 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 9-foot ceilings. Our kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is a regular (normal drip) coffee pot. The dining table has seating for 4 plus seating for 3 additional guests at the kitchen bar. We also have a table on the balcony which seats 4\. A wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen with a new ice maker, along with a full-sized laundry room with iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a king bed with balcony access, a full-sized dresser for your belongings, and private bathroom. The master bath has a jetted tub with a separate shower, dual-vanity, and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a chest of drawers for clothes storage. Each bedroom has a TV. Grand Pointe 502 will comfortably sleep up to six guests if you make use of the sofa-sleeper in the living room. Additional features of the fantastic condo include: wood-grain tile flooring throughout the common area with carpet in the bedrooms, WIFI, and new furniture \*KITCHEN, DINNING, WET BAR\* ☕Regular Drip Coffee Maker Guest Access: Grand Pointe is a gated complex, conveniently located within walking distance of San Roc Cay which has shopping, restaurants and a marina. AMENITIES: Indoor pool Outdoor pool Hot tub Fitness Center Steam room Sauna Grilling area Outdoor shower Boardwalk Gazebo for cooking/picnicking complete with gas grills. The Neighborhood: Grand Pointe borders Perdido Pass to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the south making it one of the most beautiful and unique areas of Orange Beach. Dolphins love to play in the pass so it almost a guarantee that guests will catch a dolphin sighting. Amenities include a large gulf front pool, an indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a sauna, steam room, exercise room, and a meeting room. There is a ground level restroom near the pool area. The grill area offers 2 gas grills under a covered pergola with seating. Grand Pointe is a private, gated community with coded access, and sits back from the busy boulevard so you never have to deal with any street noise. Bring your fishing rods to fish off of the jetties and your beach gear to use while enjoying the expansive beach! Other Things to Note: NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. \*A maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed at the complex. One is included in your booking but a second pass must be purchased ($50) at check-in, if needed. The facilities are nice and location very nice. Being the middle of July we expected many more people and a crowded beach. We were pleasantly surprised, even the pool area was not crowded. There was never a wait for the elevator which can be a challenge in some high rise condos. Our condo had nice views of the water but not direct gulf front if that is what you are looking for. The interior differed from pictures with a ‘new’ sectional versus the bright couch and chairs shown in the online pictures. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Definitely bring extra paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid etc. as there is a bare minimum provided. Beds and baths were okay with the master being much better than guest room. The guest room absolutely could use new sheets and pillows. Overall this unit is nice but not the best we’ve stayed in. The Grand Point itself is not overly fancy with huge pools and grounds but beats out fancy with much less crowds. We would stay here again. ##### Annette S. Cleanliness: overall was very good, however, I immediately saw beard trimmings in the sink in one of the bathrooms. I wouldn't expect to see that if it was thoroughly cleaned between guests. It gives the impression that the cleaning company just did a quick wipe down and left. Check in process: a little confusing since we had to go to a different building to get our packet first. And then I left what I assumed was our parking pass (bright red paper that said "parking pass") on our dash when we parked at the condo. The next day we had a note that we were illegally parked and would be towed. We eventually found the correct paper and put it on the dash. These are my only two complaints and were relatively minor. We didn't need much communication with property mangers during our stay, but the little messages back and forth were quickly responded to and answered all questions with no problem. Whoever was answering my questions made me feel like I was talking to a buddy, not a stranger. I would book this property again with no hesitation, and can't wait to go back! ##### Brandon E. My family and I had a great time at this condo. Check-in was easy, unloading and loading was also easy b/c the elevators were fast and we didn't have to "fight" to get a cart. The view was amazing...we watched the boats come in and out every morning and evening. My husband and son fished off the concrete wall and rocks. The condo was decorated so well with the beach theme throughout. The pool was nice and never overcrowded. Seafood restaurants and beach shops close by. The unit was tastefully decorated, clean, and well equipped. The A/C worked great as did the under the cabinet ice maker. The location was super convenient as well! We walked to dinner and lunch and/or for drinks almost every day and when we opted to drive, the location was convenient to everything we needed. It was fun watching the boats come in and out each day as we sat on the balcony enjoying morning coffee and evening cocktails. ##### Jennifer E.
