I did not have that extra money at Christmas. Parking fees was emailed to me after reservation made, not in write up about the place. It made for a lot of stress. We spent a lot of time looking for public parking. No guard at gate when we arrived so had to get up the next morning to get a parking pass. The property has a large pool area with bbq pits, raquetball, tennis and basketball courts. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, as well. The condo even included beach towels, chairs, and beach toys! When sitting on the balcony, you can see the pass and watch boats coming in and leaving. Of course, the view of the beach is amazing, as well, and you can see the pool right below you. There’s nothing more you could need for a getaway! ##### William K. The owner was more than accommodating, the layout and cleanliness of the condo was exceptional, and the views from the balcony were stunning! My mother, mother in love, my 8 month old and myself came for the first week in May and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views were awesome! Almost no crowds everywhere we went! The condo was a great base for a weekend of fun with a spectacular view . The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for sleeping. Pool and beach were great never crowded . It was very well furnished from kitchen to large screen TV's. The view of the Gulf from the main bedroom and living room was awesome. The owner was quick to respond to some minor issues upon our check-in. Would definitely rent this same unit the next time we come to Orange Beach. ##### Lee T. Fireworks at the resort next door to view from our balcony was a great way to spend the 4th! The condo provided everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a very family friendly atmosphere. Even though this is a large building (15) floors the elevators easily accommodated everyone. This was a very busy week but being so close to the pass made the beach not overcrowded. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for over 25 years and this is the first time we had dolphins swimming right in front of the condo every day of our stay. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit for all the bathing suits and beach towels.
