Elevators were in working order and we never waited long. Fully stocked kitchen , not just bare minimum, which was nice. Decent amount of towels (we had 4 adults and 3 kids). Easy check in/out procedure. Minimal decor, very nice, functional living area. Overall, would book again if we go back to orange beach. ##### Tandi C. We did have some issues though: (1) The toilet in the guest bathroom was running loudly non-stop. The office was very quick and helpful in fixing it. However, after they fixed it from running, it still would not flush strongly. (2) Also, the office apparently did not have our stay dates correct, and we were LOCKED OUT of the condo because they changed the code while we were there! Thankfully, I had my phone and was able to call them. They had to send a new code. I don't know what would have happened if I would not have had my phone! (3) We were not told that there was a pool gate/indoor pool code ahead of time. That would have been helpful to have been told at check-in instead of us getting all the way down there without knowing a code. We didn't know we were supposed to look in the red notebook in the condo to find it. (4) The reason I gave a 3 on cleanliness was because the floors were very dirty, and the balcony had not been swept. It had big piles of sand on it. Sorry to sound so negative.
