Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination. IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price. COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES Beyond the captivating white sandy beaches and the welcoming Gulf waters, Seaside Beach & Racquet presents an array of amenities, including 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, 2 boardwalks, sand volleyball, a tennis court, shuffleboard, a sauna, and fitness center. Guests also enjoy access to outdoor grills and picnic tables. Upon entering the property, drive past the guard shack, make the next right, and you'll find parking conveniently located between the tennis courts and Building 2\. The unit is on the 2nd floor so you may use the stairs or the elevator located on the west side of the building. Parking passes, included with your reservation, will be inside the unit upon your arrival and should be prominently displayed in your vehicle throughout your stay.
