A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. • CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. • CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day. • MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. • PARKING PASSES: 6 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. The high-end finishes throughout the house made it feel luxurious yet comfortable. The views were beautiful and never got old. Even with five families staying together, the house was so spacious that it never once felt crowded.The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had plenty of seating, making it easy for our entire group of 21 to gather, cook, and enjoy meals together. Communication with the host was superb from the very beginning—responsive, helpful, and seamless throughout our stay.We stayed over New Year’s Eve and it was the perfect place to celebrate. The house was exactly as advertized. The house was clean and the property management company was very responsive (both prior to and during the visit). We enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the pool and all the patior space. There was plenty of room for all of us. The only issue we had was with the wifi (very weak signal). There is not a single complaint myself or the whole family had on our stay here. 16 of us stayed and there was plenty of room for everyone, it was also a great bonus that almost every bedroom had their own bathroom attached. The place was clean, the management was timely responsive to any questions I had and you can’t beat being only a short walkway from the beach. Would 100% stay here again, our family is thankful for our memories made here! ##### Jacob W. We called several times & were told they would send someone to fix it. Never happened!! We were able to spread out and have our own space while being able to enjoy our group all together in the common areas. There could have been more communication about accessing house speakers, dual dishwasher directions and pool options but we eventually figured it out. The beach was a easy walk over the bridge. We were a little bummed you can’t take a canopy all the way up to the water, it has to sit back a ways from the water. We had 13 adults and one baby stay at this house and it was wonderful! Plenty of room for us to spread out and the location was absolutely perfect! Being on the beach was amazing. Orange Beach is a hidden gem. I would highly recommend this house. I would say, it would’ve been nice to have a book or binder with things to do or top restaurants in the area, but that’s being picky. I do know they sent an email with some activities in the area. The house was amazing, so much space for 7 family’s with kids ages 1 to 12! They all loved the bunk room. The additional set of washers and dryers upstairs was a game changer, as well as the ice machine in the pantry. The weather was a tad chilly but expected being it was October, the heated Pool was perfect since the ocean was cold! Only negative I would say is lots of stairs and when we arrived at 4pm to check in the house was still being cleaned. Took about thirty minutes for them to finish up & we weren’t given a heads up about the delay. Would splurge again and book this house in the future! ##### Brittany H.
