Loved the hotel dark blue walls and colors. Overall, good. We would stay there again. The 1st floor communal coffee machine was not in working and this was disappointing. There are coffee pods in the room, but no takeaway cups. "Really nice hotel. Stayed for only one night but had food and drink in the restaurant. Order burgers but steaks came out, staff were very helpful to rectify the order. The desert ordered however took an age to come out.
Minor issue with the plug in the sink being broken and the temperature was warm and the room lacked Air con so it was a warm night.
All in all though it was a positive and I would stay again."

"What a wonderful property it was. We decided to book our stay there for our Belgian honey moon close to Boullion and we had a wonderful experience. The owners are very kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful breakfast. Just the perfect place to unwind after a full day of exploring and hiking the Wallonian country side. Very close to the loop of the giant viewpoint and hiking trails. "

"Amazing place to stay. Host and staff are great. The food is good enough to be from a Michelin starred restaurant. The bedrooms are spacious, well decorated and equipped. The hotel is also well located for walking, cycling and exploring the wonderful Ardennes countryside. "

"Beautiful place lovely hotel nice bar I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked nice. The staff spoke very little English which is surprising in this day and age but you can’t have everything. There were some low beams that me and my son kept banging our heads on. I will return for a longer visit as it is in a stunning location but we were just passing through"

"Le Moulin Simonis is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The staff are friendly, however the facilities are not as advertised. The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed and the bar & reception closed early evening. This wouldn’t have been an issue, had the listing not advertised these facilities. This is less a hotel, more a guest house / b&b."
