Holiday house in a quiet location

Our holiday house is located in the bungalow park "De Noordel" on the outskirts of Oosterend. The plot is about 700 square meters and is protected by a hedge about 3 m high. The house is suitable for families with children.
There are 2 car parking spaces at the house. The kitchen including dishwasher was renovated in 2016, the bathroom was renewed in 2015. The house has a SAT system to receive almost all German programs.

In Oosterend there is a small supermarket, a butcher's shop and a wine and liquor store. A small number of restaurants are available.

In the main town Den Burg (about 7 km distance from the holiday house) there is a variety of shopping and restaurants.

In the house there are 3 bedrooms for 6 persons. Two bedrooms have a "French bed" for 2 people each and a bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 people.

Nicht noch einmal
An sich ist es ein schön aufgeteiltes Bungalow. Ist ist alles da, was man benötigt. Allerdings müssen Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitgebracht werden, was in der Beschreibung bei Buchung nicht stand. Bei Ankunft mussten wir erst ei mal putzen. Im Bachofen waren noch das Backpapier und Reste vom Vorgänger, der Boden war dreckig und hat geklebt, der Tisch nicht abgeputzt, Geschirr und Besteck dreckig. Es liefen Ameisen herum und die Eingangstür ist bei Regen undicht und Wasser läuft rein. Wenn man einmal selber geputzt hat war es ok, aber mehr auch nicht.

Het verblijf is een leuk huisje en is leuk gelegen op het eiland. Maar heeft een algemeen onderhoud nodig en is onderkomen / in slechte staat. Wat voor ons absoluut niet door de beugel kon : Schimmel (vocht) op de muur in één van de slaapkamers. Maw ongezond om daar te overnachten. De matrassen hebben geen beschermhoes. (Ik heb het niet over een hoeslaken). Als je een pand verhuurd dan zorg je ook voor beschermhoezen voor de matrassen die je na elk bezoek wast zodat de matrassen netjes blijven. Ook de matrassen zijn zeer onverzorgd en eigenlijk te vuil / onhygiënisch om te verblijven. Jammer want verder wel een leuk huisje. Ik zou er wel niet meer opnieuw willen verblijven om deze reden.

Het is een prima huisje
We hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het was lastig iemand te bereiken de douche en tafel waren bij aankomst kapot maar is netjes gemaakt. Ook was het niet goed schoon en er liggen veel spullen ws vd bewoners zelf. Er is geen Nederlandse tv wel Netflix. De bedden liggen prima. De buitenkant is slecht onderhouden de regen kwam onder de voordeur door. Het is er heerlijk rustig.

Leuk huisje maar voor 6 personen toch erg klein, zeker met maar 1 hele kleine douche en toilet. Stofzuiger moet eens gecheckt worden want die stonk heel erg. Verder een prima onderkomen voor een paar dagen

Bungalow
Das Mobiliar des Bungalow ist teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das schlimmste war das der Bungalow bei Anreise penetrant nach Hund gerochen hat und teilweise noch Hundeharre rumflogen. Ich habe nichts dagegen das auch Bungalows an Tierhalter vermietet werden, aber dann sollte dementsprechend gereinigt und gelüftet werden. Nach einer Reinigung und zwei Tagen lüften mit Raumspray war der Gestank weg. Unser Urlaub auf Texel war wunderschön aber das Bungalow würde ich auf keinen Fall nochmal buchen Oder weiterempfehlen. Schade eigentlich, mit ein bisschen Pflege wäre es ein schöner Bungalow.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub 😊! Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch unsere Hunde haben sich wohlgefühlt,schade dass das Grundstück nicht ganz eingezäunt ist.... Texel ist eine Reise wert 💋. Danke Fam.Weiss
